Hello everyone! :D
Finally! After some delay due to many personal and professional reasons, here's my participation to the new Ponies at Dawn album and the next part of INFINITE ECLIPSE, "Final Eclipse", which is the sequel of what happens after "Together, Against the Sisters" and "Before the Infinite Eclipse"!
This is once again a collaboration between PrinceWhateverer, Celica Soldream and me.
And, once again, they did an incredible job on everything and I'm very, very thankful to them for the gigantic amount of work they've done! THANK YOU AJ & CELICA! :D
Here's some background story regarding this song:
"Aqasha, goddess of destruction... Nerath, goddess of nightmares... They both have awoken and got all their power back. All those who lost their live during the battle against the Sisters were revived, either to become Cristalized, or Molten, blindly following their new mistress.
Those creatures were not Celestia and Luna. They were not Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon. Actually, they cannot even be called "creature" anymore. Those Demons are calamities, emboniment of the wrath of nature itself. One as powerful as an erupting volcano, the other as terrifying as a frost storm.
The two priestess who followed the Sisters were now transformed in things that weren't ponies, they're at the head of the Demons' army, smirking at the few terrorized who survived while the Goddesses were standing there, silently, staring at each other...
The final nightmare of the Eclipse has begun."

Man is it weird that I kind of feel bad? Like especially for Luna who began fighting for peace and freedom, but then it all led her down the same path as the one she was trying to defeat. I also feel bad for Celestia given how things didn't have to end up this way for either of them. Now they're both dead, and these things have risen to take their place. Seems killing them the first time was like killing the final bits of Celestia and Luna that were left within them. Like a kid buu scenario, just pure evil is left. Pure unrestrained evil.

I actually really liked this piece. It gave off a “the story’s not over” and a start of endgame vibe and I really enjoyed the every parts of it. It seems to be sung by the living ponies as well as the twisted fallen brethren.

This song is actually sung in the point of view of the High-Priestesses of the Cult of the Sun and the Moon. Currently, they're the only one that are still conscious while being respectively transformed into Molten / Crystalized :)

At the battlefield, they confront the hoard of moltens and crystalized. They perform the ancient spell, and the resistance cheers…until the two fall dead at their feet. As with the two elder princesses, they are changed.
There is no Cadence. There is only a goddess of frenzy and madness. A herald of Nerath who, with a single word, can fill the normally lifeless and unfeeling crystalized with euphoria and bloodlust.
There is no Twilight. There is only a goddess of unity and order. A herald of Aquasha who, with a single gesture, can command the countless molten soldiers to do anything.
To put it simply, I wouldn’t count on Cadence and Twilight being the ones to bring down Aquasha and Nerath.

Ponykind vs The Endless Eclipse of (that's not important right now)... I think it's *BIG BRAIN TIME*
Moon has speed of nearly 1000 m/s at distance farther than 384000 km, changing it's phases every 29.5 days. The Endless Eclipse means that Moon keeps one phase all the year, hence it's new period is 365 days. Length of lunar orbit is 2pi*r= 2,42 million km. Dividing it on length of the year (in seconds hah:)) we can find new velocity of Moon, which is 76 m/s.
BUT
One word change it all - "eclipse". If it happens when Moon passes perigee (lowest point on orbit, nearly 363000 km. Total eclipses usually happen at this time, and I'm sure what The Final Eclipse is total), then we can calculate new perigee distance (using Not Very Big Formula) which is... 923 km. I should make a remark what perigee distance is counted from the center of celestial, so if Earth (or how ponies call their planet) has radius of 6400 km (like our Earth), then Moon will hit it nearly 4 days after beginning of The Endless Eclipse of The Raging Sun and The Crystallizing Moon (this time Moon will be Raging).
So, Moon will land on Earth and turn world into burning hell ("scorch the horizon I'll watch it burn". May gravity embrace it all, periapsis passage has begun)
or, shorter: The Endless Eclipse of The Raging Sun and The Crystallizing Moon (but Moon is actually Raging too) wins
And yes, The Endless Eclipse of The Raging Sun and The Crystallizing Moon won't be endless(for many reasons), but it'll be final).

It's my head cannon that before Celestia and Luna, there was Aqasha and Nerath. They fought each other, bringing destruction of the original Equestria, (or whatever the original name was) and themselves. They reborn as Celestia and Luna, loving sisters but their darker versions, Daybreak and Nightmare Moon are signs of the original goddesses reawakening. Their deaths in their darker forms will bring Aqasha and Nerath back to their 'former glories'.

I wasn't such a big fan of this song when I first heard it, but listening to it again a few more times I've grown to like it. It has a spooky vibe that I think fits perfectly for the time of year this song was released. Also I like the voice Celica put on for the first verse, that was creative.

In my opinion, the "cherry on top" will be the final episode. It's a really ambitious project so it'll take time and money, but hopefully I'll be able to close the IE's prequel properly xD
At first, I didn't resonate with Final Eclipse as much as I did with Together Against the Sisters. That's not a bad thing given just how incredible Together is. On my second listen of Eclipse, I finally began to appreciate everything about this song. The instrumentals are just incredible and stunning. You can really feel the power, and the struggle that these poor ponies are about to go through against these all-powerful goddesses. I really enjoy the lyrics, even more so than in Together, and that first chorus is just mindblowing. The vocals are also incredible and complex, Prince and Celica did a really good job on this one!
I truly feel like this is the type of song that gets better the more you listen to it. Amazing job Jyc, Prince and Celica! I seriously can't wait for what's next. The storytelling is just too good!

Following up Together Against The Sisters was an impossible task, so naturally this isn't QUITE as good.
That being said, I was hyped and I personally think this smashed it out of the park. It didn't quite hit the level of TAtS for me, but this is most DEFINITELY going in the spotify playlist. This shit slaps.

They were inside them since the very beginning - Daybreaker & Nightmare Moon are the result of Celestia & Luna "borrowing" a small part of Aqasha & Nerath's power
My buddy did a MLP styled DnD session and played this song along with "Together, Against The Sisters" for when he brought out Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon for a boss fight and I've been listening to this nonstop ever since. 10/10 song. Same with "Together, Against The Sisters."
Seen the whole playlist as of now, but the plot at certain spots still confuse me. Can someone elaborate if I got this wrong or not: for one reason or another, Celestia's Psyche breaks and Daybreaker comes out conquering equestria. Luna fights against her sister trying to reclaim equestria and comes close to failing. In a desperate move, Luna surrenders to Nightmare moon and the dark powers fight. In watching their land get torn apart and burned between the two sisters, the two armies lay down their grudge to try and stop a calamity from finishing them all off. Victory seems to be at hand when they kill the diarchs, but the nightmares are now free of their flesh prison with nothing holding them back and now the sun is permanently eclipsed. Did I miss anything with this. And why did celestia snap if she was the aggressor in the story?
That's a pretty good summary of the story so far with the informations I given! :)
Well, Celestia (more exactly Daybreaker) was indeed the agressor, but without spoiling the story... the fact that she become Daybreaker in the first place is an action from a third part (the Priestess) and will be more detailed in the final episode of this prequel! :)

For some reason, I have a headcanon that all alicorns have a darker alter ego within them. Remember in the S4 premiere when Twilight was told to use alicorn magic by Zecora and she used dark magic? What if alicorn origins are actually evil ones? Like they were created from dark magic but Celestia and Luna were the first to actively choose to have goodness within them? Which would mean that Starswirl would have somehow helped them do so. Oh my god...what if he was the one behind it? Maybe there have been other alicorns in the past who have let their evil explode and Starswirl took measures into his own hands and decided to indoctrinate two young alicorn sisters with what it means to be good and why it's important?
Well now I have to write about that don't I?
Seeing how they’re hell bent on destroying literally everything, I don’t think Discord would just stand back and watch. He’d be more likely to use all of his power to turn them and their followers against each other and then watch them destroy themselves with a big bucket of popcorn. Would be priceless to see that play out. Pretty awesome song too, would fit a final boss scenario really well.

The cadence of the song somehow reminds me of Derdian's music, including the "hopeless" vibes from their albums "War of the Gods" and "Apocalypse".
And so it all ends like a cosmic horror...Aqasha and Nerath are like a pair of Great Old Ones awakening from their slumber to bring about the end of the world.
Of course you could also look at this as the inevitable fate of every planet in the solar system when the Sun eventually goes supernova followed by the darkness of the void...either way its a great song. ^^

I've always wondered if the Elements could be used for something most would describe as "evil"
An entire world, cleansed back to primordial times by the unfeeling concept of Harmony. All of the conflict, much of the Chaos dealt with, to be reset once more at a later date. Again, and again. An unending cycle of creation, friendship, and rebirth.
For the past year this song has quickly become my de-stress song while Im driving home from work every day lmao

This song is just so impressive with beautiful and dramatic instrumental music as well as wonderful and talented singers which know how to get the wished feeling through. I am a bit sad that I can't support you by buying the album, as I can't pay. But that doesn't makes the song worse, quite the opposite actually because now I know that I have to enjoy it even more. In my personal opinion, you can see so much story in this song simply from listening to the lyrics and the emotion in the lyrics. Every time I see these, I always click it, because I know I'll genuinely enjoy it and see so much potential.
The opening of the song wasn't that strong, and sort of made me question what I was listening to(LOL), but as the song eased in, it genuinely became my favorite so far, great job as always!

I listened to this the moment youtube notified me it was out. Which just so happened to be while a group of 10 of my friends helped me finish one of my biggest vehicle projects ever. Now you have another 10 people looking through your music because of how good this song was. And one of them who is my decal guy is looking to see if he can perfect a decal of your logo. I like to think, storywise, that this is basically a multistage boss battle that's just close enough to impossible. Just when they think they've got Daybreaker beat, Nightmare Moon is summoned and they have to fight both. Once they're down, these two actual immortals appear. I wouldn't be surprised if they merge into a stronger being after almost losing this fight.
Moslty correct but, to be honest, they never thought Daybreaker was beaten - actually, the situation was kind of desperate for the Lunars, which is why Luna took the final decision (after a certain character suggested that to her) to turn herself into Nightmare Moon

May I offer some suggestions for future additions to the song series? I’m curious to see if Discord is also just a vessel for an even more powerful god....in his song I’d like to see him reveal a “true form”. Also, these two goddesses could still be destroyed by the Elements of Harmony (they probably know this), so it would be a logical decision on their part to corrupt the mane six. Here’s how I think the dark sisters would split them up: Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie pie for Nerath’s Army, & Twilight, Applejack and Fluttershy for Aquasha’s. Maybe give each pair of 3 their own song. (I was also thinking twilight would be the solar commander, due to her preexisting loyalty to Celestia.) so my idea for the background of those songs is “ the Mane 6 have become the goddess’ demonic puppets and enforcers. Even the princess of friendship has fallen under their control. But there is one powerful being that takes it harder than everyone else. Discord, enraged that the only friend he ever had was taken from him, begins to plot his revenge. He tries to slay the sisters and break their curse....but is beaten nearly to death. Just before the tyrants could strike the final blow, something snapped in Discord....and his true form was revealed with a declaration: “If I can’t have Fluttershy back-NOPONY CAN!”

Now, I "just" need to write the scenario for the final episode, make the plans and commissions the BIG LOT of artworks, make the dialogs, recruit voice actors, make the music for the full episode... so, it'll take a LOT of time & money ahah xD

here’s a story I came up with the following scenario after Jyc Row’s response to a Sombra comment . *the reborn Goddess of Nightmares stands before the former tyrant of the Crystal Empire.* Nerath: “Thou cannot best us, Sombra! We are stronger than both Luna and Nightmare Moon combined.” *Sombra Laughs maniacally* Sombra: “WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO FIGHT YOU? YOU HAVE FULFILLED MY DARKEST DESIRE.....” Nerath: “And what is that desire, heathen?” Sombra: “TO BECOME MORE THAN I EVER WAS.” *an eerie silence hung in the air between the two immortal beings, before the dark alicorn finally spoke* Nerath: “Then you will refrain from moving while We end your pitiful life!” *Sombra gave a weak chuckle at the fact that the creature before him had been using the all too familiar “Royal We”. Then he sighed rather calmly* Sombra: “TAKE.....ME......” *Nerath obliged, and The False King smiled contently as his body crystallized where it stood. With his last breaths, he whispered-* “YESSSSS. CRYYYYSTALLSSSSSSS.” By this point in the Infinite Eclipse Timeline, Sombra would be very old. Being defeated by the crystal heart twice had finally taken its toll.
