Hey Josh sounds great ! I’m going to use the Express for live as well a Strymon DIG V2 into a 20 watt Marshall clone into the Effects Return with the Cab Sim off ! And it sounds fantastic 👍
Have you looked into Pedalnetics? They make something they call the Auxplate, and the Auxplate XL that turn the Pod Express (and an expression pedal in the case of the XL) into a single unit, while keeping the battery door accessible. Something like that'd be perfect for this kind of rig you're putting together.
Yup. I’m familiar with Pedalnetics and the plates you’re referring to. But I already have what I need. Plus it would be a pain to assemble and disassemble the plate all the time as I’m constantly changing my mind on configurations 😊 I also don’t like how the Pedalnetics has everything so bunched together. I like some space between the external switches and the unit, and an expression pedal if I chose to use one. But their stuff certainly is a cool concept.
Dude, back in the day I would stroll into gigs with my mini Pod and a guitar. Never had a complaint. So nice job here 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏 Yeah, I enjoy travelling light to gigs now 😁
I like your revstar. One of the best guitars in the planet.
Just got my pod express too and im enjoying it.

@@JoshGordonGuitar Ahh that's fair, personally I like the very compact, close in design, but I get it's not what everyone would want.
The interface seems alien compared to the Pod Go LOL.
It's pretty simple and straight forward. I hope the POD Express gets an update to add. a few more fx and an EQ.
An equalizer will be a great update.
