Sometimes, it's videos like this that make me remember how great the USA really is. We have here a woman who came from a communist country she used to be proud of, and now is proud to call herself an American despite the country's flaws. Here, yes, there are still people who eat rats to survive, but that is the completely impoverished of us. In a communist country, the rats are hunted to near extinction because most everybody has been legislated into poverty. Love your rights. Protect your rights. And teach everybody they have rights.

I work at Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Fl. We have Courses that teach the history or Communism. I often ask students if they ever heard of Stalin of Linin. They tell me no, never heard of them. My three teens were taught about communism by my wife and me, because the highschools don't teach it. Ignorance is the major problem with our young people today. If they would stop chanting for a minute, perhaps we could teach them.

Socialism/Communism was a catastrophic failure, but crony capitalism still has it's flaws and gets worse as time goes on. We need a new system entirely that gives freedom and economic mobility to poor people and places necessary restrictions on the richest people; especially people who inherited their wealth/opportunities. Rich vs poor should be relative within a country, not compared globally (the socialists consider all Americans to be rich by default and all Africans to be poor by default).
There's absolutely no good reason for anyone to be as rich as guys like George Soros. Look at all the damage they did to get their money and all the damage they do with it!

If you look at socialism/communism in terms of its real ideology, then did it really fail? It has been my argument all along that what we are seeing is the logical result of achieving the goals of socialism. This matters because it means that every socialist goal that we allow to slip into our minds, the more damage it will do. It is a wed that needs to have its roots pulled out.
100 years of Communism only brought Unlawful Prosecutions , Executions , Lands Confiscations , Dictatorships , Wars with Neighbours , Hardships , State Sponsored & Engineered Lies , Exploitations , Destructions of History & Faithless in Universal Laws of Karma, Increased in Ego , Greed & Hatres among its People & Still Many Unfairness still exist in Communist/Fascist Society!

That last statement is how many of my friends feel. We don't want the good things we came to a Western country for to change. We also reflect back when welfare was offered to us. We stopped taking it as soon as we felt lazy and in opposition to the hard work values instilled in us. Hard work and delay of gratification are values we brought over to our new country which rewarded us for it.
