  • Coolant and engine oil mixed. Might just be a bad headgasket. In this video we replace the head gasket on a 2004, L300 Mitsubishi van This process also involved cleaning and flushing engine oil, and engine coolant.

    thanks for video i have the same engine but in an eclipse. you make this look easy. i would also add to make sure the head isn't cracked before assuming its the gasket. i am having an issue where i am always losing coolant and i can't find an obvious leak, im suspecting that the gasket might be bad and that exhaust is pushing coolant out or that coolant is getting into the cylinders. oil still looks good though
