Fact 🎯
I'll be a millionaire, you'll be a millionaire if listen to this man
Dude we are definitely both of one mind when it comes to this stuff! Im closing on my 3rd rental property this month!
I know a guy who lives in a great neighborhood. His life, his wife, his world is stable. He buys what he wants, helps his kids and grandkids, helps his friends out. He says he got to where he had over a million in the bank and had a home worth that much and many assets worth almost that much. So he's worth $3 million. He lives in the best part of California, owns his home with no debt. He says any chasing of money after $2 to $3 million of net worth is just a paper chase. You are rich. Those extra millions are just bragging rights. You might just slow it all down when you get as far as he did. You have enough. Live your life.
I just noticed there are no ads running on any of your videos. Nice.
How the hell can anyone dislike this video? Thanks Phil.

associating with great people is such an important concept that so many never consider - amazing tip!
Trump has known this from day 1. It's the people you hire and empower. No one can do it all.

This is gold, Jerry. GOLD!
Thanks for your motivational speech! You got me fired up! 🔥
Hey Phil i've been seeing this video a few times for inspiration, but the situation is how you disconect or deal with family or people around you that doesn't care and doesn't want to be a multimillionare and have a poor mentality? Very often it makes me upset of their poor mentality. That happened often with the one that was my spouse we argue a lot about it, but you know what all this is making me stronger, wiser a warrior and making me very independant. Amen.
It's real easy when you're making a ton of money. When you are buying their dinners, they will change their tune :)
This sounds like a tough situation. I'd say keep it up.
It's always amazing to me how much your own friends and family will hold us back. I recently spoke with a friend about how I value my time. It's worth a LOT to me. That doesn't mean I can always trade it for the value I perceive it to be, I'm not making much right now. But it does mean I endeavor to find a way to only trade my time for the value I chose. So I made this point to my friend that everyone should value their time highly. He responded, "But you're not making anything..." He was trying to convince me I should treat myself to more enjoyable things on a regular basis. I understand where this mentality comes from but it will always grate on me. I know if I never value my time highly in the first place I'll never achieve millionaire status.
I'd be honored to have you as a mentor in real estate! But, I think even more so, I'd be honored to have you as a mentor in life generally. I appreciate how you manage to throw scriptural principles in. I had a successful business mentor once but he moved and I lost touch. I've been working to build a business based on some of his advice some 10 years later.
Great information and thank you for sharing and being generous with your time and knowledge. I am starting a nonprofit and this is helping me realize or actually to go to the nonprofit one is to make money to accomplish a mission the other is to accomplish the mission so my question is would you focus on accomplishing the mission and maybe generous individuals would associate with you or would it be better to learn your system and use that as a base for the nonprofit to be an independent source of income instead of constant fundraising which seems like minimal results for a lot of time?
I may not be the best resource of advice on creating a non-profit organization. It would seem fundamental to non-profits that a gigantic portion of their time, energy and resources would go into raising money from donors. The biggest non-profits have the most sophisticated fund raising systems. I personally have found it quite efficient to make money and then donate some to my resources to my own non-profit. But that may not be as effective as launching a non-profit whereby you spend all day every day raising funds.
@@freedom_mentor thank you. it is definitely a challenge and I was just thinking on the fly trying to apply your talking points to our situation. Specifically on the use of time, where I can't hire someone who does fundraising, so the ongoing question of focusing on the mission or the support to keep the mission going . Blessings and thanks again.
Awesome Phil !
Thank you for your knowledge and consistency!! God bless
I read the millionaire mind because you made a video on books you recommend, it was a really great book. Btw i signed up for your apprentice program 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back yet. Does it usually take a while to hear back?
I don't know your name from this comment but my team has been backed up recently. Sorry about that.
Thank you!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Phill... You Rock!
I was simply more worried about not making money than I was about losing money. If that makes sense. I simply can't stand having cash that isn't invested.

Phil, you skipped #4. What is your thoughts on #4, Financially Rational?
Here is that same video with #4 inserted: ua-cam.com/video/1EnPe41JgIQ/v-deo.html
ROI very good!
This Guy is funny and good.
A winner!
The man is incredibly humble admitting he was homeless at one point ..
Thank you! It makes me appreciate everything I have worked so hard for now.
My ambition is to become a multimillionaire, so I invest heavily on lottery tickets every week.
That is incredibly financially irrational.
Did you skip #4??
Oh my! You're absolutely right. My editor must have missed this. It's was very important too.
It’s like your in my head!
Be persistent!
Do you invest in the stock market?
No
@@freedom_mentor why not?
@@JuancoPRoFlow My average return rate exceeds 40% year after year after year after year with my real estate (real estate related) private investments. It's basically guaranteed AND I have complete control over every investment. The stock market can't touch that. Some argue that real estate has no liquidity; but if you do it right, you get to have your cake and eat it too.
@@freedom_mentor I hear you, if I was at that level I wouldn't invest in the stock market as well. What strategy are you using to get 40 plus percent returns, if you don't mind me asking. Thank you
@@JuancoPRoFlow Don't mind at all. I describe all my techniques in great detail in this UA-cam channel. I am very transparent.
I enjoy looking poor but love looking at all the money I have that no one knows about.
7 My major issue.
Dude what the hell, I. Still trying to catch up with your videos from 6 years ago.
Your six year old was probably wanting to check your numbers. 🤔
I suffer with #7..
Garth Brooks plays the homeless guy and says he's made 3.6 billion dollars and another homeless guy says yeah, but I've made 3.7 billion dollars.
I loved this until the "never give up" part. If the return on my venture is negative for an extended period of time despite all my efforts, then it's time to give up and confidently. You're just wasting valuable time that could be spent toward profitable ventures otherwise.
200 pages now this is a BOOK! Not that 10 page overview others are offering
They think about money 24/7 and ignore their health.
Not true. I have been a vegan for nearly 20 years, exercise everyday, spend more time with family than most fathers, and as #10 explains, because of being a multi-millionaire, I am able to very generous.
@@freedom_mentor Was referring to the executives I know of.
@@freedom_mentor You got me at vegan! Subscribed!!
I think you skipped #4 Financially Rational.
My editor did forget to put that in. It's a shame; but we can't change it now
Number 7 is my problem)
