I appreciate you not shooting people eating. As a person suffering with misphonia (it's a disease!), even seeing a picture of someone chewing can set me off. :)

Yep- I always avoid eating shots. Weird faces, open mouths, messy/unattractive food presentation too. There is almost no situation where it looks good. Really, imo, the only thing that can look reasonably good on film is drinking…Sometimes. 🍸🥂🥃(or maybe the wedding cake bride groom shot?).

When shooting candid photos at events the ONLY phone you should be looking at is when the guests are taking photos or selfies. Just keep your phone in your bag and wear a smartwatch to avoid the distraction and the unprofessional appearance.
