For cutlet stuffing-
1. 2 cup sweet corn
2. 2-3 chopped green chilly
3. 1 cup flatten rice
4. 3 tbsp chickpeas flour
5. 3 tbsp corn flour
6. 1 boiled raw banana
7. ½ cup chopped capsicum
8. ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
9. 7-8 chopped mint leaves
10. ½ tsp red chilly powder
11. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
12. 1/8 tsp asafoetida
13. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
14. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
15. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
16. 1 tsp salt
17. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
18. ½ lemon juice
19. Chat masala powder
20. Oil for fry the cutlet
