Great guide! What professions u think are bis for disc or someone that might play both Shadow and Disc I think Engineering 100% for the haste glove enchant but not sure about the second one. Think Alchemy for the endless mana pot might be more helpful than more spellpower Would be great if you could respond to this :)

You don't utilize borrowed time at all? you gain 25% spell haste after you cast shield, but the spell haste doesn't go away if you cast instants. So you get faster GCD with dispells, renew, pom, whatever before you use a cast.

Would mostly go shadow with a little disc. do you have any thoughts on pros / cons between the two? For fun factor, arena experience etc. My friend is hopefully going to play mage so it seems like going shatterplay for 2s and 3s would be a ton of fun. I also might do a little bit of LFG though, and so it seems like locks have a lot more comp options. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
yeah shadow is A LOT OF FUN and also really good. I played sp mage a lot in 2s with my eu friends on the beta and that comp seems pretty pretty solid ngl.
How do u survive against a Assasination rogue. Those killed me faster than warriors with constant kicks and stuns. Played with a feral and he couldn’t even help me out enough against those priest/assas rogue teams.
I didnd't get to face that many assa rogues on the beta but I would assume if u manage to fake kick and get ur pennace off all the time u should't have issues to tank them for a while also just make sure to prio shield over other things.
Hi Great Video i like it and i test your Macros. The Death CC Macro is not a one Click Macro becouse of /targetenemy is in the last line but you can look at the first click what ist your target and use ist on the second one but also nice.

Why don't you take Reflective Shield it is 2 points for 45% while it was 5 points for 50% in tbc ? Also wich tailoring cloak enchant would you recommend, the one that gives spell power or mana ? Thanks for the guide

In the current meta don't think crit is the move, u get more value of mp5/spirit for 2s or haste for 3s

I think it really depends if u know pom will bounce insta then shield/pom/renew if not always shield/renew/pom :)

It's not worth the trade to lose other talents that imo are more important.
You should go with spell pen on the cloak :)
Apparently reflective shield doesnt work on players in wotlk

against warriors mainly u need to be able to kite them otherwise u just will die cuz the dmg they do +mortal + over power debuff u just can't survive
