That last 30 just really hit home with me. I've never believed in depression because I thought as long as it wasn't real it couldn't get me. But at 33 like u both stated sometimes that feeling of loneliness is crippling. And it's only really gotten to me within the last 2 weeks. Hearing this, though, made me feel a lot less lonely.
