The question is always asked to a smaller guy he may have asked idk I haven’t watched all the way through but I don’t expect it cus for one “they have already talked about how size and technique matter one can not be greater then the other in an organized setting” and two the street fight question takes away the need for technique in Bradley’s opinion so after that factor is gone in his eyes the fact he’s 260 he thinks anything significantly smaller loses which to be fair he’s been taking down by a lot of people and some smaller then him but it’s always like wrestling not in a legit street fight so his tactic of grappling is garbage but if he fought dirty asf against a small guy he probably wins to be fair

take in mind, its exactly the same theory as brad and his 260 shit, but the difference is say lets use mighty nick diaz here roughly 80kgs and brad is like 120ish thats like 40 diffrence,
francis is 117 (260) and around 10cms shorter than brian, but brian has 80kilos on him, and is like 190kilos hahah
they both are doing the same thing, but 80 kilos on top of you vs say 40. would deff make a diff hahaha, but yeah good luck to shaw getting to Francis first

What did you do specifically for that? I find it hard to program in to my existing routine without affecting pull day or deadlifts.

People severely underestimate size in a fight. Weight classes have made people delusional.
Size is a huge advantage and most of the time if someone is much larger and has decent fight knowledge most of the time have odds in there favor. That being said Size isn't ever a 100% win. I've seen plenty of smaller guys sleep someone who tower's over them
Size is a huge factor when both people are the same level. A smaller fighter would still maul a novice big guy. With that being said Brian is an outlier as he is HUGE, insanely strong and an overall athlete.
Size matters if the people fighting are on the same skill level, the more skill one fighter has over the other the less size matters.
Size does matter bro. But not when you’re a heavy weight fighter especially a heavy weight boxer when there is no weight limit. Even worse if you aren’t a professional fighter at all.

I work on environmental stability chambers in the pharmaceutical industry. During the lockdowns and all the hysteria, I was not allowed to do work at several pharmaceutical companies for a certain period of time because I chose not to get a shot. During that same time. I was still able to do my job without any restrictions whenever I had to provide service to the FDA or the CDC.
I like how much more respectfull he was to Brian than. He he has been with other strength and fitness people. I feel Brians size and true humble personality made brad a bit kore humble in this as well.
So glad to hear you guys speak out about the bullshit of 2020! Makes me like you guys that much more

I love that Brian is retired now. So he has the time to go around and do podcasts. Before he did not care about this, he just cared about making his own videos and training and eating that was life. For so long.

6'4 240lbs as a freshman in high-school is freaking insane.I am 6'5 250lbs now as a 40+yr old at 10-15% bodyfat after 20+ yrs of training.I thought I was a pretty big guy when I was younger until I met Brian and the other strongmen at the Arnold Classic fitness expo.I never felt like a small fish in a big pond until that day.I was in awe and humbled at the same time and my older brother is a retired pro natural bodybuilder and my brother-in-law is an active IFBB pro juiced to the gills and I'm bigger than both and never thought of them as huge.

Might sound weird to say but I’m gonna say it. It’s healthy for a man to have a hero. Someone to say “Would he approve of how I’m acting right now” and just to have some standards to aspire to. For me Brian Shaw is my hero.

When ammo prices tripled along with the "pandemic " happening, was one of the fishy things that stuck out for me.
I really appreciate the conversation about the masks I really was on the "you're killing grandma's" band wagon, I had vulnerable family members so that's why I was like that but even though I can agree that I blew it out of proportion. As a British Citizen I feel I have every right to be utterly disgusted with the way the British government ran things especially party-gate to go with Brian's analogy I really felt like they were shaking the box of ants
In my opinion, if that means anything to yall, Jon jones is the only other person that could take Francis on in the street and possibly win. Maybe even majority of the time. That fight is the one that got away for me, I’ve wanted to see that fight for a long time now and I don’t think we’ll get it.
