An RX-8 or a BRZ/FRS swap sounds really fun to drive. RX-8's are pretty nice looking and I think adding torque and reliability makes them even more attractive.
Look up J to K adpater plates. There's kits out there (well known) for $1250 for just the plate and hardware....no billet flywheel, frame spacers etc and no choice between single or twin disk options. Appreciate your support 🤙
Not sure if you talked about the thickness and aluminum type of the adapter plate? Also will you do J30AC block to J or K transmission. That block will be awesome to build on.
We are working on a lot of adapter kits but as everything they take time and mostly $$. As for the C, we thought they are close to the J Bellhousing wise but need to get a C block in hand to do the R&D. If you have one plz let us know. If you ever have questions on our parts please reach out to our customer support team at Contact@HondaJseriesEngine.com
Do you make a k or j to foxbody 5spd I have a 84 mustang svo 2.3 turbo the only way I want to power it is Honda if like to keep the factory 5 speed because it’s in there with driveshaft already what are my best trans options?
Its a Round engine to Square trans adapter. Meaning a Round bellhousing J35a8 can now use to the more redily available J32a3 6speed trans. Or for older model vehicles the engines are getting older and older....now say a 7th Gen accord can use a newer, fewer mileage J35z engine block (round bellhousing) and it will bolt directly to their square trans. Hope that helps
@@HalferLandPerformanceSince any adaptor plate has thickness, how would using this affect such things as the passenger side mount and available room to change timing belts?
So awesome! I'm going to sub to your IG. Any thoughts on a trans adapter kit for a Porsche 996? Some people are starting to swap in K -Series into them since the Porsche M96s are notoriously unreliable. I would prefer a J Series in mine!
@@HalferLandPerformance Awesome! I am in Maryland and have a spare 996 911 transmission. I believe you're in FL. I'll see if I know of someone down there who can assist. Outra duvida, aqui no Brasil não tem peças de qualidades para fazer o motor, preciso retificar para 0.25, sabe me dizer se a marca DNJ é boa para este motor?
These are bellhousing shape specific, not engine...but the J30a1 has the square bellhousing which we have for the EJ STI AWD trans. Working on other kits

Making BIG moves in the J series community!! So excited to check these out. I have J2K kit and considering this design to clear the exhaust
Need to do a J to R150F💪💪
With S1 built doing an awd k kit for the 7th gen Accord Coupe. The J to K adapter would be nice
Hell yes. The 8th gen 6-6 is about to go awd😍
$1200/$1400 sounds like a lot but adapter plates by themselves sell for around $4-500 excluding flywheel and clutch.

When do you expect to have the rx8 kit ready.?
Really looking for a J series to Chevy 4L80e.
Or ar5
Does that kit work to adapt a j32a2 into an Rx8 transmission? (6 speeds)
If you only had one for the z32
Definitely put a Honda J in a 300zx
Awesome. I was looking for a adapter to either a t56 or a cdoo9
Do you know where I could find T56 adapter for J30? Having trouble finding.
Holy s*** Batman so my 2006 TL with j32a3 trans housing now has 2x the options? 📈📝🔥

I just wanna make my 7th gen sedan awd, honestly
For the 3rd gen TL to be awd I would need the sti transmission and rear end ??
J32A2 content please
Is the trans adapter price listed on the site, the same for the Rx8?
Wait…a language barrier between the USA and England (or Australia)? 🤔

What about a J to Toyota R series manual trans like from a Supra?
So, question: the J square to J round adapter plate means TL LSD transmission bolts up to say, idk. J35A8 or J35Z3?

You don't have to but if you do send your core back we credit you back for them. You can check our store listing for all of the options
Does the Chevy trans kit work with Chevy auto?
Make one for s2000 transmission
Olá, tudo bom? Tenho um Sedan Accord 2008 3.5 V6, gostaria de saber se com um kit turbo basico e com 0.6bar eu poderia manter o motor todo em estoque?
J32a2 to bmw zf manual?
Will you be also creating engine mounts to accompany the chassis? i.e. Engine mounts to put a j series in a BRZ?
Probably not. That takes a ton of R&D and the physical vehicle on hand.
Have to say it GREAT GREAT WORK
Thank you very much! We sure are trying
Just wondering would there be anything for j series to rx7 13b trans adapter

It depends what you're wanting to do. DNJ is really just an aftermarket Chinese cast piston. If you can, it best to stick with OEM

You don't need an adapter for that, you just need the correct Jseries tran bellhousing shape, which in your case would be the round
