I was quite skeptical at first. But you make a believable case for the legitimacy of this theory. And the icing on top: the writers wouldn't have to resort to reincarnation, time loops/time travel to implement it, which is always a plus in my book.
I have said this since the second season but this season has me convinced. The last episode of season 2 kind of made a big deal about making the audience think that Eloise survived and escaped fromville. So many people were expecting Tabitha to meet her in the real world but it seems like this season they have been avoiding talking about her as much as possible because honestly when Henry started to believe Tabitha, one of his first questions should have been " what about Eloise, what about my daughter?". I also agree with her being 'Hispanic' could be because she was adopted by a Hispanic family which she developed their accent. My husband was adopted by a Hispanic family when he was around 7 years old and even though he's as white as can be, he speaks fluent Spanish and even has a Hispanic accent when speaking English. It seams like alot of commenters are a bit to simple to understand that people adapt to their surroundings and the younger they are, the easier it'll be, especially if she lost her memory when she escaped as a child.

So far we haven't had any explanation about what's happening in Fromville but what is clear is that each character has a goal to accomplish within the plot of the show and each time events or occurrences appear out of nowhere (the monsters, the ghosts, cicadas, weather, crops dying, the calls) that put them to the test and guide them in the fulfillment of said goal so, what if all the main charactes are like AI being trained to do especific tasks (firewall=Boyd, data searcher=Donna, decoder=Jade, replicator=Fatima, etc) and, when they fail, the adm purge the current version just to start it over? It has happend in the past witnessed by Victor (a data compiler), and it was about to happen in the present, with Boyd's wife trying to kill everyone in the town, but Boyd stoping her creates a new development and change the circunstances, so that's why he's being tested even more because he's evolving in the right way.

This shows writing is not that lazy that we would have all this backstory for her and she'd never once mention, not even to Victor when he was trying to remember his own childhood, that she doesn't remember hers. I think the family is just her mother’s sister and it’s that type of trope/plot twist/reveal we’ll get. The family are white Colombians. I don't know. I don't have any theories about the bracelet or the song (could be almost anything), but I don't think they are siblings. As others have pointed out, Eloise was already too old to have developed the same accent as a native Spanish speaker (which Tabitha's actual mother clearly is). Yes, we can develop accents later in life, but they are usually dialects of the same language, or closely related languages. When the languages are not our own or closely related, we do not develop the same accents as native speakers. I also don't think that the stress of growing up alone in Fromville explains the apparent age difference, plausibly. We may get other clues that support this line of thought, but I don't think this is a theory that you should pursue; you've got better theories.

Like it's part of the ritual once they've been identified as the one to save the children in that cycle. I think the family is just her mother’s sister and it’s that type of trope/plot twist/reveal we’ll get. The family are white Colombians. It’s either reincarnation or just a retcon they hadn’t anticipated. And it’ll be a simple or supernatural explanation for some questions people have like the accent and the relations.
I don't know. I don't have any theories about the bracelet or the song (could be almost anything), but I don't think they are siblings.
As others have pointed out, Eloise was already too old to have developed the same accent as a native Spanish speaker (which Tabitha's actual mother clearly is). Yes, we can develop accents later in life, but they are usually dialects of the same language, or closely related languages. When the languages are not our own or closely related, we do not develop the same accents as native speakers.
I also don't think that the stress of growing up alone in Fromville explains the apparent age difference, plausibly.
We may get other clues that support this line of thought, but I don't think this is a theory that you should pursue; you've got better theories.
@@cheriann6461 my current working theory about the bracelet is that we're thinking about it backwards. It's the town calling to the chosen ones that makes them want to make the bracelet. Like it's part of the ritual once they've been identified as the one to save the children in that cycle. There are loads of details I haven't fleshed out yet, but that makes the most sense to me with the info we have.

Also keep in mind that Tabitha being the sister wasn’t the first plan.

There are people born in Latin America that have little to no indigenous American admixture, being mixtures of European races, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian etc. these people are still considered "Hispanic" by the limited term you want to classify.. So not all people who are Hispanic, look like Mexicans or Dominicans, for your limited scope to understand. People in Argentina for example... So, that being said it makes no sense that Victors sister would start to speak English, with a Spanish accent If English is her first language ... it makes no sense and this is what makes this theory useless. She would have had to have been found..at the age of maybe 8-10, unable to talk and communicate, then put into the system, and then adopted by a Hispanic family... a white girl...
