You are so incredibly talented it blows my mind. really inspiring seeing your character creation coming together. And the collage for your print at the end was fab too! 😍
Your art is so beautiful! Would you be able to discuss how you found an agent for children's book? I always wanted to be a children's book illustrator and curious how that process works.
I really loved your video, as always ❤ PS: I finally caved and got Milanote, thank you for the link and for sharing how you use it, that was very helpful!
Hi, I love your work so much, it’s so unique and expressive, the texture is amazing. I hope have a book of you one day. Thanks you for your videos. Encouragement from a French illustrator
Editing out the white of the paper around the characters must be really tedious, the guy who made the Puparia short animation had to do the same thing but even more since it was animated, but the analog materials has a tactile quality to it that digital art can’t always replicate (no shade to digital it can do cool things on its own).
I just love how you work, everything is so uniquely beautiful and you. You’re going to have an incredibly successful career as an illustrator.
Thanks so much :) Fingers crossed!
When you was at uni I told you the same, you are closer now. 😊❤

Oooohhh yes it is very fiddly! It's not too bad editing around collage as its a lot of straight edges, but the girls hair was a nightmare!
Imagine art without photoshop. That was cartooning long ago. Crazy huh?!
