There’s really is a “scene” for anything except cuban and seafood in Miami. However, you can find anything what if you look hard enough in the trendy areas where serious prices can be charged.
You'd have to give about 2 years of your life. Because the amount of calories consumed, would require for you to do a 6 hour workout every day, just to burn them off. :D

Can’t believe he is covering Miami area! Ichimi is my GO TO FAVORITE ramen place in Miami!! curry ramen is so good!! There are a lot of Asian restaurants on the east side of florida, I wished I had some on the west side but still searching! But 11/10 would recommend ichimi for sure!

I want to try that so bad The marrow reminds me when I was a child we use to cook a pork. And pour the juice in a bowl let it cool in the fridge and put it on French bread

What would I do without you Mikey? We live in the northern part of Miami-Dade county and rarely get down to Coral Gables (especially now). Even Wynwood is a stretch for us. LOL..Who knew? Noted all of these wonderful restaurants and we'll plan on getting over to them once the cases start to drop. Too far for them to deliver to us, so they'll have to wait. Nothing really wonderful as far as dumplings go in the north end. I hope you snagged some Colossal Stone Crabs while you were here!

Please visit Tampa! We have some great food! And while I do not live there anymore, I am so willing to drive there just to visit a restaurant that you recommend!
I love watching Mike eat and have been a fan for a long time. He has actually inspired me to have a healthier relationship with food: I love eating good food and I began working out a lot more like him so that I can keep eating with less guilt! My only one wish is that he would learn to slurp noodles all the way down instead of constantly cutting them with his teeth. Just a personal pet peeve, I guess lol.

Mikey before you leave Florida PLEASE go to Mount Dora there's a sushi restaurant there called Wave Bistro, a very unique take on sushi such as sushi tacos, sushi hot dogs, sushi burger. The go to St Pete and go to El Caps, best burgers in town. Been in business for decades!!
Is it possible to order ramen that is low sodium? Those of us with HBP would really love to enjoy these amazing dishes!! It all looks soooooo delicious!! Those noodles.....the meat.....the broth......I’m salivating!! 😋🤪😋

Kyu is in my top 3 places in all Miami that beef short rib is PERFECTION

We were in the same ramen store when visited Miami last month! So yummy and big portion size. Their rice cuisine is also good.
Tantanmen and vinegar is a definite match. Most ramen shops will include in their recipe, but more is always available on the table. Oishii-sou

Ichimi Ramen in Coral Gabels was the first time I had real ramen. Didn't get the pork ears though, when I go back to Miami I'll sure to try it!
