Thank you so much doc! I’m 23 yo and this is my second time with Bell’s palsy, it saddly came back to me after 10 years. I’ve seen few doctors and most of them weren’t positive about my situation. I’ve been taking my medication since day 1, massaging my face a lot and doing your exercises with the assistance of my hands and at day 7 I can close my eye (it’s still delayed a little) and move the corner of my mouth a little bit!! Your videos gave me so much hope and thanks to you I can see a tiny progress in such short period of time! You are doing marvelous job and I just wanted to thank you and wish you all the best :)

@@drixsp I just followed what my doctors advice and what I watched here on Health @, I massaged my face evernight and on the 5th day I started to exercise my face also once a day. I stay focused, motivated and positive and by the grace of the Lord I recovered immediately.

I have suffered Bell’s palsy for 60 yrs. Got it at age 10. Dr. diagnosed it & instructed me to massage the affected side of my face. Thru the years I’ve tried acupuncture, Botox, meditation, etc. It’s worse now. One eye smaller than the other & facial tic continues. Smile is half. Why has this lasted so long while others claim they recover quickly?
