I just bought a 2024 Sport S. I really wanted a 4xE, but the extra money was just too much. But the 4xE platform really makes a lot of sense. 95% of my driving is within 10-15 miles of my house so theoretically if I had bought one I would never buy gas except when I went on long trips, a real game changer.
I had a Sahara 4xe for less than a year. Now that I have seen this..Next time I buy a daily driver I want to race I will keel the 4xe in mind. Ohhh by the way This shows posted 1 hrs ago. It is a repost from much longer ago. Guess if there is NOTHING else to get these crappy 4xE s off the lot you repost the only good thing you could find.
May be fast and have some cool features but my buddy is a master tech for dodge and told me steer away from that model. Said they are piling up in their service area with warranty issues that have been a nightmare to get repaired. Do your research.
@@BrandonHaneline Then your the lucky one. The only reason I know is that when I bought the 392 I was considering the 4xe. He talked me out of it. I saw the 4 units they had sitting there at the time that were out of service and were brand new. But good for you, you have amazing luck
So, just my opinion. I worked on these for 2 years in 21 and 22. What I found was they weren’t in the shop any more often than other vehicles, buuuuutttt the technicians have no clue what they were doing so it took months to fix and then they were piling up.
@@BrandonHaneline I’m sure you’re right, just passing on what was told to me. My buddy worked at a dealer here in Southern California and was in charge of that shop for several years. He told me then that the 4E was problematic. Then he moved to Northern California to get his family out of the crap here and said the new dealership he was at is having lots of issues with the 4E as well. In fact, the last time I spoke to him was a year or so back and he said they had 3-4 sitting in the back lot. So I just assumed that particular unit was an unreliable pos. Glad to hear you’re having better luck.
I love how excited you were everything 😂❤
That’s awesome. My sister just bought a 2023 4xe it’s a sleeper and rides reeeally nice

I owed one, other than a tax break it's just a gimmick until the range goes up...17miles on electric mode hardly ever happened
I have 2021 JEEP WRANGLER with 4 cyl turbo. It is fast . Now I am wondering How fast?
did you use the sequential shift?
DSC off?
Cybertruck will probably do even better, maybe! Love the combination of rugged and quick and electrically powerful.
cybertruck will never reach market distribution.
@@run-cnc ooo, it's happenin' -- fun to see all the stainless steel on the road. Delorean cars were cool but rare
Was this with the new 2024?
Old one
No. The 2021. I’m going back with the 24 with no doors
@@BrandonHaneline are they letting people race without doors? Might have to check with the track on that.
Yea definitely. I’m hoping for no door no top. With a helmet. Safer than a motorcycle cycle?
Are you not afraid of overheating your battery and it catching on fire?
Uhhhh no. I feel like Jeep makes a dependable vehicle .
New phone, who dis? Wrangler 4XE!
How did I not know about this?
Next time take those doors off and the top, wear a helmet unless they won’t let you take those off

I was a master tech for 20 years. I have owned a 4XE for 3 years now. Not one problem 😎

@@robertf3340 but thank you. Yes I have been lucky. But the Techs need a lot more training.
