I'm so sorry for your loss. My Aunt adopted a little girl right after she was born. The mother was given a year to come and get her. She came and got her on the last day. My Aunt and Uncle were very gracious. They gave her everything that they had for her to take with her. They had already adopted another child. He was their only child. She was the best Aunt to all of us kids
@@idfk952 that was the way they did the adoption. The biological mother had a year to change her mind. But it hurt my aunt very badly. She never wanted to adopt any more children. Luckily they had already adopted a boy too.
@@BionicBear88 I know. My dad told me this when I was older. When I asked him why they didn't have more children. She was such a wonderful aunt and such a wonderful mother. She deserved to have as many children as she wanted. She was always my favorite aunt. Very loving and motherly
