Happy to see the potato bhajis in the vid, though we call it aloo pakoras. We make a variety of pakoras this way specially during Ramadan, we slice veggies like egg plant, tomato, spinach leaves, etc. and dip them in the same batter and fry. Potato and tomato ones are my favorite.
Here’s a tip for the buffalo wings, they were a bit bland so add some bbq and honey in to the hot sauce and marinate the chicken with some paprika so it’s just a bit more flavourful
