The original is from the English musical “The Roar of the Greasepaint- The Smell of the Crowd”. It was performed on stage by Cy Grant while touring in the UK in 1964 and by Gilbert Price while touring in the USA in 1965. Anthony Newley, the co-writer of the song released his recorded version one week before Nina Simone’s in early 1965.

There are four young ladies I admire, love and follow, Angelina and Villarreal sisters (The Warning). All of them started their careers very young 10 years ago, Angelina 7, Alejandra 9, Paulina 12 and Daniela 14. But it was to the audience, all of them started before, around 6. She's not just a good singer.She's extremely intelligent. She wrote a book about the little girl.She talked to and it was published in Norway when she was nine years old making her the youngest published book author in Norway's history. The English title of that book is "Between two hearts"

No not Amy,,She first listened to Billie Holiday at around 4 years old and she would mimic her. Years later she would mimic Amy and Adele also but years after this video was made. She won Norway has Talent at 7 years old I believe.

Angelina Jordan is a music prodigy she started singing at the age of 1.5 years and more than that she started with Billy Holiday Jazz. Angelina sings in 5 languages, designs her clothes, and has written a top-rated book called "Mellom to hjerter" (Between Two Hearts)"Norway's youngest published author" a story about why she wears no shoes during her performances, and like her name, she truly is an angel with a heart of gold. Angelina won Norway's Got Talent when her audition for Billy Hollowday's Gloomy Sunday went viral and she got world press she started the competition at 7 years old and won at 8 years old. In her younger years before age 13, she was watched over by her mother (Sara) her Uncle, and her manager, who just wanted her to grow up normal. Her mother and uncle Turned down almost 90% of all requests for her to perform. Still, even so from the age of 8 years to 12 years old or so, she has been all over the world (Her mother and or her Grandmother never more than a breath away) Angelina has produced millions for environmental causes and children's causes around the world. Angelina has produced over 160 covers and 6 originals and makes them her own, which will astound you. New people to Angelina get sucked down this"rabbit hole" not believing what they're hearing her excellent vocals and unique way of singing, Angelina is a master at music structure her ability to show absolute recognition to a cover while she makes it her own is just unbelievable. Angelina writes her music and produces them Shield, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, and What is Life. Angelina's mother is Norwegian, and her father is from Sweden. The " world-known artist'" grandmother (Mery Zamani) on her mother's side is from Iran, and her grandfather (recently deceased) is from Japan both grandparents are very involved with Angelina's growing up, and Angelina's song A Million Miles is about losing her grandfather and her original cut Shield is about the people that protected her and watched over her during her performances and travels. Just to give credit where credit is due, Nina Simone’s version is also a cover. The original is from the English musical “The Roar of the Greasepaint- The Smell of the Crowd”. It was performed on stage by Cy Grant while touring in the UK in 1964 and by Gilbert Price while touring in the USA in 1965. Anthony Newley, the co-writer of the song released his recorded version one week before Nina Simone’s in early 1965.

She is influenced by many artists as she herself has said, including Amy W. She actually sounds like Angelina, very distinctive voice and style of singing.. Great reaction both of you. May want to check out the Live TV version from a broadcast on Norwegian TV, a charity event of which she has done many. She performs with a full on brass and strings Jazz band.

There are four young ladies I admire, love and follow, Angelina and Villarreal sisters (The Warning).
All of them started their careers very young 10 years ago, Angelina 7, Alejandra 9, Paulina 12 and Daniela 14. But it was to the audience, all of them started before, around 6.
There are many other coincidences between they. Of course, talent, dedication, hard work, humanity and empathy... and probably the big key to their success, their family environment, values and support.

While fluent in English, it is her third language after Norwegian and Farsi.Shortly before or after this she and her family flew to LA to check out moving there and AJ was scheduled to sing at the benefit concert for the Mattel Childrens Hospital she was escorted there by Gene Simmons (and he wasn't in costume LOL)

On the story of the girl of the street keep mind.She was Speaking farsi. Angelina speaks Norwegian Swedish Farsi English and at least some Japanese. She's not just a good singer.She's extremely intelligent. She wrote a book about the little girl.She talked to and it was published in Norway when she was nine years old making her the youngest published book author in Norway's history. The English title of that book is "Between two hearts"

No not Amy,,She first listened to Billie Holiday at around 4 years old and she would mimic her. Years later she would mimic Amy and Adele also but years after this video was made. She won Norway has Talent at 7 years old I believe.
