I have a leather dog leash that I bought on sale for $7.99 10 years ago. But my dog bit it off, but I can cut and fix it, the store charges over $10. This video helps if I can fix it myself.

Hello brother can you please make a video on how to cute as much as possible long leather dog leash like 10ft 12ft and tell any special tools for doing this process

There's the option to cut with a curve but that won't distribute tension properly. Plus it will look funky if one doesn't manage to get the curve out of the lead. When i do longer leads i just join two or more lengths together with a couple of bleed knots. Looks good and holds up.

This video is awesome! While I am 2 years late to the discussion I think I’d be upset with myself if I didn’t mention one important thing.
You mention the “wrist loop” in your description but that loop is not for your wrist. It’s for your thumb. May not matter to you and that’s ok. Most people assume it’s for the wrist and for your videos purposes maybe that’s not a big issue but thought I’d mention it.
