The entire game, is fucking sad, and utterly amazing, THIS ! IS THE STORY TELLING ! THAT MADE ME LOVE SQUARE ! THEY FINALLY GAVE ME FEELS AGAIN !

I finished this game recently. It was 3AM, when Ace started singing I already knew that it would be hella depressing. I thought Final Fantasy: Crisis Core have the saddest ending. Whenever I listen to this song, It still give me chills. 😞😢

Playing this game right now. I'm on Chapter 5 as we speak and well...
I never thought I'd say this, but this FF could probably overtake VII as my favourite. The story is intense with a great theme of morality and secrecy sprinkled in with a dark mood and atmosphere with little bits of comedy every now and then in the free time before missions. The gameplay is fast, fun and addictive/. Music is great as always although the graphics could've been done up nicer. I can't wait to finish this game to be honest. It's one of the most beautiful and harrowing video games ever made. I dunno why it was never released outside Japan until last year. It's incredible.
Final Fantasy XIII is my favorite game overall, but Type-0 has easily the best story of any FF game I've played.

I love bump of chicken and male singer voices. I hope type zero sells well on steam because on ps4/xbox1 they only shipped 1 million units 99% of those sells was because of final fantasyXV demo.

averycloudysky Actually, he does sing a part of the song ;_; In the cemetery, after Kurasame's death, he sings a part of the song, but it was translated for the english dub.
+MetalGuide he also sang it in the ending when cisque was crying :'(

I think this song is the actual one they used in the ending....It might be, but I could be wrong....Just the other day, I was watching IGN Walkthrough's video of the ending (somehow they got the ending song!!!) and I noticed that the singer in both this video and that one were the same...just slightly faster.... XD

The only word I have for the ending is heartbreaking. But I can take some solace in knowing that this isn't the last we've seen of Class Zero.

bought this a few days ago as my first Final Fantasy game and I'm already feeling the feels, with this song being at the beginning of the game. this sad, but excellent song is already painting an image in my head of the end of the game...think I made a good choice in picking this game up when i had the chance.

Love this song, was gutted about the ending, but thinking about it, it was probably the most realistic scenario after what they went through if any ff deserved a sequel it is this !
Robert Moore and it will come. Final Fantasy Type-1, or Type-Next... or whatever Hajime Tabata will decide to call it. I just hope the storytelling aspect improves, because the presentation of the story in Type-0 was pretty stilted imo.
MrVince329 I liked Type-0 a lot. The characters I loved straight away even though there were 14 I think. And yeah it was sad about the ending. I remember crying. I have to say that this is the most realistic final fantasy game

I freaking cried just in the first 5 minutes of the game! I haven't beaten it yet, I only bought it 2 days ago. But this is so amazing!

+LOTRlover100 I just finished the game finally. Even though I didn't like half of class zero (there are some pretty annoying characters in the game) the ending killed me. Trust me, the beginning credits is nothing compared to the ending (although you might need a guide to get to the true ending, ps choose "Stay mortal"). It's just how its directed and the music was executed so perfectly when you get to that point.
yea this song with the ending was already sad...then Rem and Machina walk in and that scene made it even sadder.....quite the tear jerker :(

this the second time i cried on a Final Fantasy game..the first one is when serah dies on final fantasy 13-2..=( this song is so sad but i love it so much..its like leaving someone behind that is so very special and important to u..and the male version is better.=)

a K n the band is a play on word for (bump) flee of (chicken) coward. It would make more sense in translation, but I guess they were being creative with the name

or Final Fantasy Crisis Core... both endings combined with the soundtracks are so fuckin emotional ;(
I'll say crisis core, just because Zack died alone, only to be forgotten by his best friend, while class 0 died together and they were happy for that.
And they were remembered as heroes :'( both by Machina and Rem and their Country.
That's why they're my favourite games in the FF franchise though xD
Add one more to the question - XV. For me, it's XV. Then Crisis Core, then Type-0.
Crisis Core is saddest because of him meeting with Angeal one more time... But I literally cried like a lil bitch with Type-0 ;( Was a combination of happiness because they're together, love and a very deep sadness.

Hate how they have to kill of characters.
Dementos Why? It makes sense in the lore of the game and also makes for an extremely tragic ending, rather than your usual happy ending.
It was an extremely dark game, filled with death and war, ending it on a happy note would have been weird
