The slightest bit of activity makes the heart rate shoot up, but deep breaths and lying down brings it back down. Apparently, fake it till you make it seems to work.
It would be really interesting to see the "heart rate" in a normal Pass it On episode, where there is a Huttlestorm, Barry is being very creative, Jamie is spaffing and Ben is doing 10 different things at the same time. If their "heart rate" goes up so much, when they are so calm, I wonder how high up it normally goes.

As a person with, let’s say, ‘above average’ anxiety, I had to stop the video several times because I was laughing my head off and I didn’t want to miss a thing. Jamie summoning Bob Ross had me on the floor.
"We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents." (- Bob Ross) was all that was missing in the end evaluation 😁😂😆 Please do this again haha, so funny 🤗
not fair, mike also needed to be told off for creating the leek waste in the first place
Loved this twist! Very entertaining to watch😂
Not everyone gentle parenting themselves 😭😂😂
😂
I haven't laughed until I cried at a Sorted video in ages, thank you, Jamie. The last second *fling onto plate* had me in stitches XD Also Ben once again turning "some stuff" into a thing that made me get up and make a 5am snack (Jamie, you did assemble all the pieces! and added more cheese!
Before I even watch, I know Mike's gonna struggle
Loving Barry calmly talking himself down. So slow....so quiet. What a weird pass it on! Great idea guys
So Jamie became the Bob Ross of cooking during this episode?
