Great video Lee. I enjoyed that nearly as much as you did. Has anyone else said. The Yamaha with the polished frame is an OW01, a 750 homologation special that was intended to rival the RC30. It didn’t but a few people put 1000cc engines in them and raced them in open classes.
The fact that the car means so much to you and you getting a chance to see the car and all this ! Who cares what anyone thinks about the flag, it's only a flag it's bad ass to see your helmet the the General together ❤️ 😊
That car, even though I work at cars and I'm not a car fan, but, that car is the absolute ultimate car I would have.I watched that show religiously in the late 70s early 80s and the car was the star! I've done a lot of car restorations on some very expensive cars over the years but restoring a dodge charger into a general Lee car would be so enjoyable for me to do
Being a teenager in the 80’s the Dukes of Hazard was a weekly must watch. Unfortunately the nearest I got to owning a Dodge Charger General Lee was a bright red for Capri 1600 😂
Daisy Duke & General Lee were the reason at the age of 14 in 1979 all of us teenagers watched D of H. Now the only thing that resembles the characters of the show is myself. A slightly taller version of Boss Hogg 😱 Trip up too Sheffield next year I reckon.
Another great vlog on a dull winters evening, you certainly brighten them up. Wishing you, Christie, and Jesse a magical Christmas, I bet he's so excited for santa. Cherish these memories of him while he's young, he's growing up so quickly xx🎄🎉🎅❄️🎁☃️🏍
Old enough here to of been in love with the show first time round mate! Also bought back an amazing memory from many years ago, my wife used to work weekend shifts in my sisters pub and whilst waiting for her to get home, me and our our German Shepherd would watch reruns on i think it was TNT on Sky. I loved the show, doggo was just excited because he knew she would be bringing home some homemade pork scratchings for him lol... 🤣
Oh,and what a lush pair of rc30s. V4 Honda's are amazing. Only this year,I got my RC36 build on the road,I was never on a V4 ever before and it's not a total missile but in the real world on real roads it is absolutely amazing at 32 years old.It pulls like a train in every gear and has the handling too. I probably go far far too fast on an open road but it's hard not to 😂
Brilliant video Lee...the General Lee car is so cool...next time show the engine. I had 1977 Toyota Celica in the same orange colour and a mate said it looked like the General Lee so I got the musical horn fitted and put General Lee on sun visor at top of windscreen 😊
Lee you need to buy this General only Jessie puts a smile like that on your face. Imagine you Crissie and Jessie going down the road in that you all deserve it go for it even as a rental.
Love that Lee I grow up watching the Duke of hazards it’s classic still watch it now Love that car & the bikes they have in stock too will check it out don’t live far from there . Merry Christmas too you & Happy new year 🥳 Looking forward too the next one and finding out your plans for next year
Great vid , good to see you act just like a kid would do., funny my Dad always said we grow old but never grow up. I had a 86 VFR love the bike but hated the white wheels they would be dirty with break dust all the time. I am with the other guy I have a face for radio. Cheers Merry Christmas
We used to play "Dukes of Hazard" which consisted of one of us playing Roscoe who would chase the rest of us Duke boys and family around our neighborhood track through the woods on our BMX bicycles trying to ram us with his bike. This was back in the '80's of course when we had to wait all week for the next episode.
Rosco peco train, daisy duke 🥰loved that program, the general Lee ,what a car ,sounded mint, the theme tune was real catchy, boss hog,…. haha ,top acting really 😎
I would love to walk around there. Long way to come from Oz. Clive Palmer is supposed to be building a mega showroom for his vehicle collection in Qld. Hope that happens. Waiting to see that.
Between you and Knighter... not sure which is the bigger Dukes fan! Remeber you coming to Tong when I used to help him... You are looking well Lee... all the best for Christmas!
There’s another General Lee car not too far from your house also at the carding shed in holmfirth, I seen it last February when the family and I was over visiting a friend for the week. Some nice motors there also plus a nice cafe
That general Lee has ford granada scorpio seats in it and it's Desmocidci 😉😂 and that work of art next to the r7 was an 0w01. You need to start listening to whitham you might learn something 😂😂
Love the podcast, I think maybe Moto GP numbers are due to it being pay per view, I only manage to watch highlights so am not cued up on who's who etc. Thank you for all the time and effort you and your team put in and looking forward to your 2025 interviews.
They used numerous cars to film the show. Some complete, some shells to crash. I am sure at the time there were loads of articles about making the show. The highlight for me wasn't the car but the legs. Still watched most of them. My mate painted a Ford Capri to match. Not long after someone ran up the back when it was stationary and wrote it off.
Wowser, somebody has excellent taste and it seems unlimited resources. It would worry me no end to be the custodian of all that. I would turn the place into a fortress
You wereas excited as I would be. Iconic show and iconic car, always lusted sfter a General Lee. It had a sticker in the window so assume it's for sale. That and the biked would be well out of my price range sadly. So it is an original car from the film or a replica?
Many happy childhood memories of the General Lee ....And Daisy Duke too!
Love the little CB 200 Honda sitting among all that exotica! Great videos again Leee, thanks.
Lee just walks past the foggy petronas like its not even there😂😅
Great video Lee. I enjoyed that nearly as much as you did. Has anyone else said. The Yamaha with the polished frame is an OW01, a 750 homologation special that was intended to rival the RC30. It didn’t but a few people put 1000cc engines in them and raced them in open classes.

I grew up with that show being filmed in my backyard and loved the show and was clueless as a small boy, but now there is no excuse.
All about the car and Ms D duke too …. ( don’t tell Christie lol )! Mint shop too your so lucky to get to these places . Great vlog thanks Lee

I'm with you Lee, Dukes of Hazzard was essential Saturday afternoon viewing as a kid
I remember having the general lee toy car and the ramp that went with it had many a joyful days with it
Being a teenager in the 80’s the Dukes of Hazard was a weekly must watch. Unfortunately the nearest I got to owning a Dodge Charger General Lee was a bright red for Capri 1600 😂
You’ve just lived my childhood dream Lee! Always wanted to sit in the General Lee…..
The one car from my childhood youth years, you hit it Lee 🤗🤗 of thee bikes shown prob the Honda RC, far too many Duke's to blow my wee tiny mind 🤣🤣
With the size of that car, Lee looked like when you start your parents car when you was a kid! That place looks amazing think I need a trip out there!
Daisy Duke & General Lee were the reason at the age of 14 in 1979 all of us teenagers watched D of H.

Good old boss Hogg 🤣
It's a fabulous place, the bike specialist. Went 3 years back after the bike show. Fabulous....👍

Just going to work but will be rushing home to watch this👍🏻
Mcams? A wee hint for 2025?
One thing's for sure, we need The General out racing at the top level 🚀
Yes he is riding a mcams Yamaha r6 next year in supersport, they are only running 1 bike in superbike and 1 in supersport. I wish lee the best!
@@Hondmad Thats good news, i thought he was a bit happy being out of ride,. Now i know,.
Yamaha... great news
@@Hondmad😂
Loved the show especially Daisy Duke don’t know why 🫣
Dukes of hazzards was my favourite programme growing up would love to see the general lee more than all those bikes and that’s saying something 😊
Happy Christmas Lee to you and your family.
Prices are unreal!!
That general Lee has ford granada scorpio seats in it and it's Desmocidci 😉😂 and that work of art next to the r7 was an 0w01. You need to start listening to whitham you might learn something 😂😂
What a car !!!Daisy Duke ever kids Saturday night thrill
Love the way you breezed past the Brough Superior several times, not even slowing down! Sometimes there is just too much to take in...
Dukes of Hazard tv show, Daisy Duke in those denim shorts !!! 😅😅
Love the podcast, I think maybe Moto GP numbers are due to it being pay per view, I only manage to watch highlights so am not cued up on who's who etc.

Mate!!! My fav tv show back in the day
That was a great program it was the car and Daisy
FAAAAANTASTIC.....The general certainly put a smile on my face ;0)
I only watched The Dukes of Hazzard because of Daisy Duke, not the car.😂😂😂😂😂
That RC45 tho ❤
The last bike i raced was an aprilia rsv4 millie....the bugger highsided me out of the old esses lol

Most GenX dream to get in the general lee and start it & blast the horn😂
You remind me of Kieth from Marion and geoff.best wishes
Your enthusiasm is brilliant.
Sod what others think, go back to the General Lee helmet
Great vid love the helmet. Too many Ducati's ,the place looked freezing and the prices are extorsionate
That place is the equivalent of a sweet shop, i would be up to my neck in debt😂
Go on, Lee, treat yourself! It's Christmas soon!
Aaah..right...you do giggle a bit like Rosco!
Only jokin but there are similarities at the 8'20 mark!
Sandor needs to do an old-school helmet design for next year
There is nothing wrong with the flag, its part of US history!
wow the prices of them aprilia's
OTT,.
Ahh mate I'd be the exact same with the general Lee
Lee have a look at Car Chase Hero’s they have an identical ex general Lee stunt car signed by the cast which I drove at Blyton.
Dude! Four minutes in and I'm still looking at your mug. Get on with it, man!
Did you see the Brough that was sitting on the floor dude better than any Ducati ever made
Mcams easter egg !
You should buy a cheap RSV Mille and restore it! 😎
This is something I’m really keen on doing as it would really mean something to me
Just a good old boy.
"You have to buy it" the General
