While there was a protest in 2016 to bring down the then-corrupt prime minister, wearing yellow clothing wasn't actually 'banned' per se. The color was just sensitive because it happened to be the theme color of the rally. Then we moved on, continued with our lives, and wear whatever color we want. Nobody ended up in jail for wearing yellow.🤷♀
