Love watching your content bro. Im moving from the north to queenstwon next year and cat wait to get amongst it. Ive never hunted tah before. Had a go at some chamois near the remarkables bit thats some tough country around there. Have you ever tasted Chamois before?

Yeah young chamois are beautiful eating the older ones are definitely a fair bit tougher, alot richer in flavour than most other game Meats. Cheers.
