I read the book 6 years ago and it's my all time favourite book. I've read all of Colleen Hoover's books since and love so many of them but this one is number one for me. I definitely recommend reading the book!!! The trailer did spoil some things, I feel like they could of gone in without showing any of Ryle's anger so it would shock people more when they go see it as the book makes you fall in love with him before reading any of the crazy stuff. I have high hopes for the movie though and have been following the movie process from the start and know that the director Justin Baldoni who also plays Ryle has put everything he possibly can into the movie and has had help every step of the way from Colleen Hoover. Go read it!!! :D
Ryle is the abusive guy the first time he hit Lily when she laughed at him when he burned his hand and the next thing you know Lily was on the floor he smacked her😮 Atlas is the good guy from her childhood😮
Since the trailer already spoiled a lot of the shocking elements in the book I say, just go ahead and watch the movie before you read the book. I read the book and loved it. I usually always like the book better than the movie. I still recommend reading the book but after you watched the movie since movies, usually cut out a lot of important details.
