  • As endurance athletes we know how important it is to maximize the effectiveness of your time spent training. Most of us are not getting a paycheck for our training and racing and have busy lives outside of sport.     I do like HR training but sometimes due physiological and or environmental factors that can effect HR I will use perceived effort above HR training
