I'm moving to Lusaka (from Brazil) in August and your channel has been so helpful :) thank you
What you coming to do here? Work? Any way you welcome to Lusaka, I I live in Lusaka, its peaceful here from my experience.
You are welcome.
@@mesolehelen6088 Yes, it's for work :) I'm staying for around 2 years and looking forward to it. Thank you for the welcome :)
@@richardkapolyo9004 Thank you :)
@@bru2594 that's Good. Wishing you Success.
I just love such videos because they present Africa in the manner never shown before. I saw your videos about Rwanda and was anxiously waiting for you to come to Zambia. Am so glad you are here. Please tell those African American brothers and sisters who are still skeptic about safety not to worry. Africa is the future.
The lady didn't give you the tour they always give maybe she was busy or because of distances between houses which requires driving. You didn't even see the three , four , five bedroom houses etc.
My thinking too
I thought I was the only one who saw that, she even picked a call while dealing with clients knowing that this whole thing is being filmed. Such a let down. I’m disappointed.
Looked like she was in a foul mood
As a first year Architecture student, why storage in the hallway
Family this video is too short, the place is huge you should have taken more time to check other sides of this area. I guess you would have had you met someone that was willing and eager to show you around.
I am a south african and i am so proud of zambia, keep it up, this is africa's time.
Well done Zambia 👏🏽Africa shall rise again ✊🏾✊🏾
Was it ever on top
This is what they don't show on TV about Africa. So many cool developments coming up.
...at the expense of the very much needed natural resources.
That 'development' sits on our fresh water RECHARGE ZONE and has been contributing to the dry Wells not far down in Ibex Meanwood.
They also don’t show you that there is barely anyone living here
Buildings not yet done
The expensive rent
The flop it is
@@nawamataa6552 60k USD is not expensive, that's kibbles.
We have to lesrn to showcase us ourselves just like the you tubers like the Nomads are doing. Our countries dont know how to market our countries. I have only sern Rwanda marketing itself on westen tv during football matches.

Thx for sharing I cant belive im apreciating the excellence of Africa through African Americans.🤷🏾♂️🙆🏾♂️
Seeing through the eyes of another...😂😂. Would the same be true for African American appreciation for American excellence through the eyes of an African? Its a question!
@@MsEmworld Yes Ive been to the U.S. many times and Ive seen South Africans doing better than AA's because they see value AA's dont see.
Psycologicaly Africa is a better place to be for a black man to be free, however at the moment you can make a lot of money quick in the US send te money Home (Africa) and be rich quick.
@@MsEmworld you make a good point 👍🏾
@@Jah_Nzola I agree with the fact that we thrive better when we are left alone.
In South Africa we learned over time to keep whites out of our things and stay in our lane for maximum creativity and excellence. Henece amapiano productions are 100% black from the ground up.
@@Jah_Nzola explain what you mean by high levela of Gov coz in SA blacks are in the highest level of government all ministers and the president is black since democracy.
On the other hand I dont expect South Africans to be in the U.S. Government.
Please explain your statement.
Africa they don't show you on Western media's this is beautiful i love the greens around & the views it looks like Houston Texas 🇺🇸
Imagine bro, otherwise you will find out that us Zambians we are peaceful
Zambia seems like a very peaceful country. Looks like it’s booming.
It’s extremely peaceful with strong Christian values.
@@MosesMatsepane lots if black from the diaspora are turning away from cheistianity but qre more spiritual
@@MosesMatsepane That is very true. Christian values will position Zambia with favor. You will see, countries like Zambia will be the light of the world.
Sometime last week I thought to myself Zambia is one country I wouldnt mind emigrating to if God semt me there for whatever reason.
Good observation, Kaydenpat! Zambia is certainly booming. The people in that country are indeed friendly. Prices on properties though, are exaggerated just like in other african country. Sorry to say that!
@@Jah_Nzola if you have the resources to move just go ahead and relocate my man. A lot of people are moving so the prices of land and properties will start to skyrocket soon. But maybe you should first come and check out the place and decide if you like it. Three month I believe is more than enough to determine if you like it or not.
Zambia is a great country. Love that 🇿🇲
I live in Lusaka and didn't even know such beauty existed...
I'm moving here in 2023❤️
It's chelston -avondale New by zaf Town, along chayinda road
it's in ibex
Did you manage to move
Beautiful homes, Zambia was never on my list, but I love the landscape the fact that developers are taking the trees into consideration tells me they have an understanding of the environment.
Imagine every year millions of African American sisters and brothers travelling to South Africa (or Africa in general) for vacations the way millions of white folks in America travel to Hawaii for their vacations.
The powerful American dollar spent in Africa will definitely stay in Africa and power the Black economy and the Black people in the motherland...we are talking billions of dollars annually.
Unapologetic Nomads your mission in Africa is highly important and enlightening. You are bringing the much needed illumination to a continent and people many had abandoned.Your family is a great family and I really respect you. There are many things you can do in Africa to make money. There are many more things you can do out of Africa to make money. If you want to permanently want to live in the continent I would advice you to think of Ghana,Senegal,Namibia,South Africa,Kenya,Zimbabwe,Botswana,Nigeria etc as your next home. You and your family are doing a great job.Your daughter (Ella)? may not actually understand what you are doing now but I see that you are leaving a great legacy for her that will spring her as one of the great next generation AAs of this century. She will end up to be a great woman.Once more thank you for your great job. From Dakar to Asmara, from Cairo to Johanesbury we say welcome home .May your family be successful.May you prosper in all you do.May any door you knock be opened to you.May Yaweh bless your family mightily.Amen.
🙏🏾❤️
Ghana it's underdeveloped only very hyped by stupid people.. zambia it's far good, peaceful, good weather and very friendly.
Looking to invest in a one level single family home in a modern gated community with security. Please let me know if they have those types of communities or website in Zambia to view properties.Thank you for sharing the beautiful Zambia and the subdivision home community.Keep up the great works.
Yes there have
there are a lot of gated communities, and you might want to know that Zambia is one of those countries security will be the least of your problems
@@bevenmushibwe4055 Good to know there's plenty of gated communities in Zambia. If you can direct me to a website to view those communities or sources I would appreciate your help.I live in Southern Georgia USA in a gated communities with a good security system within my home and 24/7 ADT security services through my local police department. It's safe in my town but these days people are desperate and one can never know when danger will approach your home.I'm also sure Zambia is safe to but I prefer to live in a secure gated community.

This place is breathtaking!! Wow!
Very beautiful place.

Thanks guys I'm from Zambia but I didn't even know about this place I do appreciate

There's a lot of development happening here in Zambia, but these news channels always want to show the world out there the bad side of Zambia.. 🇿🇲🇿🇲
Family 👪 you are the best 👌, Next up Roma Park, Silverest and meanwood housing projects. .and check out University of Lusaka silverest compass.
My university 😊can def help with the tour
Beautiful place! But as sales person one needs to have an outgoing personality, not just standing there and asking visitors to go upstairs on their own. Customer service is very important. How you treat customers can either make their day or break their day.
I absolutely agree with you, her demeanor was a bit aloof. She was not very smiley either, she needed to show some enthusiasm by smiling, being very engaging when speaking to them and should have gone through the whole house with the nomadic family.
That's just the problem I have with my country, we hire anyone with papers, but there are other important aspects to any given profession to consider. I don't blame this woman for her less than enthusiastic demeanor, she's just being herself, I blame the one who hired her.
Bro....I didn't think Zambia has this on lock....I SAID , I didn't think ZAMBIA has The flex on Lock...Coming from a South African🙌🙌
😆
Now you know
Lol learn to travel around
You guys should be familiar with this environment because it looks like home. As for the 2 bedroom apartments, everything about it is small for African families. The living room is small, the steps are small, the bathroom is small and the bedroom is definitely small. American families, yes, but not African families.
No everyone family in Africa live as an extended family. People like we are just the four of us.
The idea is awesome. The houses are amazing, I’m disappointed with the lady that was showing the houses, she could have done way better than that, you literally toured the house by yourselves while she remained downstairs🤷🏼♀️, this is when I miss guys like traveltainment, that guy did an amazing job and he had a constant smile on his face while he explained about places you should visit and why. The only time I saw this kingsland lady smile is when you asked who to contact if you want to invest. Zambians are known for good hospitality not what I just saw int his video. As usual, thanks for this lovely video. You are always amazing.
This one is one of those who are choosy . I mean she looked like the I don't care type.
We need to counsel her like we do to others . We can do a ka .E.D.N.A on her. Am very disappointed in her because the Nomads didn't see enough. I'll call her tomorrow or Thursday.
Totally agree with you, she seemed to be off and not proud of her work. Otherwise, the place is beautiful.
I agree
The lady needs lessons on how to treat potential clients
Her attitude was definitely off
Don't be so quick to judge the lady mighty have a problem going up the stairs talking out of experience.
@@wed126 her altitude could have been way better than that. She was cold.
Mama Africa is calling meeeee!!!! So cheap and affordable!
Feeling embarrassed cause am just down here in South Africa and I don't know about Kingsland, thank for the great information.
Another beautiful accomodation👍 I'm falling in love with Zambia. Peaceful, beautiful & affordable. WOW! Thanks for sharing. I cannot wait to visit😊
That's awesome ...next place should be Roma park..you will love the houses there too
According to Google Maps it's somewhere in the Ibex Neighborhood area.
What an awesome video I was born in Zambia but I’ve been living in Australia for 19 years and I want to buy something it looks spectacular
OMG!!! I love the area!!! I’m a nature person and the trees are saying something to my soul!!!
Its a beautiful place am just surprised why our local TV stations don't televise the projects that they are doing.
The kitchen interior is beautiful, these homes in Zambia are very attractive looking!
Nice but the Realtor needs to stop eating lemon and starts eating lemonade to attract customers🤪
Thank you for showcasing Kingsland. This is my kind of suburb with no open drainages. I like the town house although if I was buying it, I would opt for different stairs as the ones in this video don’t seem safe to me. That toilet is very impressive.
You know the Surname Mthembu in South Africa is an encient Nguni Surname that had the most powerful millitary in the region (Kwa Nguni) before it was called KZN.
Its the family Kingdom that groomed Shaka into a mighty warrior.
For A.A.'s to undestand in Africa surnames are actually large families that end up becoming Kingdoms and Empires. Every member of a particular tribe and clan is related to the emperor by blood.
Hemce building a family in Africa is a critical thing to do.
You do not have a Kingdom untill you have a family.
Love that the brethren are coming back to the motherland to explore and witness its its greatness. We don't walk on streets unclad or fight with lions as the false narratives keep circulating. Greatest continent of earth.
From TRINIDAD&TOBAGO in the CARIBBEAN I love this place & admire your passion for educating & edifying the diaspora about the beautiful continent called AFRICA god BLESS
Zambia is a beautiful country
Zambia 🇿🇲 Malawi 🇲🇼 Tanzania 🇹🇿 Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 are the best countries to live in people of those Countries are really friendly Greetings from Brisbane Queensland Australia 🇦🇺
If all Africans can afford such houses or just affordable housing even much below this expensive ones, then no African will migrate to other developed country. And this is when Africa's most precious and powerful resource (human capital or labour), combined with Africa's capital and mineral resources will be used to Industrialise and develop the motherland.
Looks like u still in the U.S
Peace n love to you fam...✌❤ seeing Africa, Zambia through your experience, n eyes great stuff...!!!🇿🇦🇿🇲🇺🇸
Are you freaking kidding me? 60k usd for that luxurious unit? I am coming to buy a unit. Thanks for showing this.
I am shocked . Imagine this in Ghana, Nigeria or kenya it would be at least $ 200k.
Wow for the average Zambian that's way expensive😂 Definitely a place for the middle class and above. Although the current government is working on improving the average gdp so hopes up
@@timcamer4702 Nigeria has well priced property compared to expensive Ghana.

To do what in Livingdton and Ndola?
Very beautiful and modern development with an awesome price. Excellent. Gorgeous greenery.
Definitely travelling to Zambia 🇿🇲
Looks like many other places .Bland
I like city life . Bogota Colombia or Madrid Spain
The marketing team of King's land should be fired. they are not doing a good job.
100% But I'm assuming they want to make it like a grand reveal once its almost complete causw theres still quite a lot of construction remaining
Go to South luangwa national park you will love it there
I love belucki's weather reports 😂.
You guys should check out some places outside lusaka too. Like livingstone ( the tourist capital of zambia)
Beautiful country 🇿🇲🇿🇲
I love the quality of the houses and the landscape
Thank you promoting Lusaka, Zambia.
What a wonderful city wow!😍
My wife and I were looking at a similar apartment in the same area, and can confirm this is a really nice place and nice apartments ❤️
Great video 😍😍 The cost is real high though but I guess it is worth it in terms of the amenities available within the city. It’s a great long term investment. Did you ask them if they have any community fees as most communities within have fees. 😅
That lady showing the houses is a big disappointment...she's not friendly, can't smile and seems to be full of herself
Looks like moving next door to zambia is a great option. The estate agent ought to cheer up a bit!
Yea , I noticed that too, she seemed cold
Greetings UAN, I love all the special effects and transitions in your videos. Kings Land is indeed a city within the Capital of Lusaka Zambia and the decor of those homes are out of this world or planet. Thanks for sharing this development UAN....,

It would have been nice for the tour guide to "act friendly/pretend interested". The only time she smiled is when she gave her contact information.
Am here almost early cause am up was watching football. Liverpool vs Villarreal we Liverpool won and happy to see you again family. Waiting for a longer part 2
The weather report was on point!
Nice, thx family for enlightening us
Thanks for the video family. If you visit in a few years, you would probably see much more progress.
No dusty roads and lots of greenery!!
I really think this video was rushed it’ll be good to go to this place with a drone, show the houses, the parks, talk to the people that live there.
Incredible video my people 👍🏿
Heyi South Africans nithuleleni🤷🏾♂️...😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣they figured SA aint heaven

Sibusiso Nhlapo bayasaba mfwetu... They think Africa is a jungle and under developed only SA is developed. So when they see such they become shocked
No, we South Africans are familiar with Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana and Namibia in the continent,, this countries I mentioned are very developed and clean especially Namibia and Botswana.. So you are wrong for saying South Africa think the whole of Africa is a jungle,, i admit we dont know much about Zambia as Soutu Africans, i for one didn't know that Zambia had this modern estate until i watched this video, we're happy for you.. South African always had this Estate because of our colonial masters since forever, it's good to see that other Africans are doing good for themselves.. Instead of beingw boastful let's move together and educate ourself how can we better ourself as Africans north, south, east, west africa it's our continent.. The truth is South Africa interms of development is far ahead of Zambia and many countries in the diaspora.. Love and peace yall!!
@@polymath_sa9745 How can you be familiar with Botswana and Namibia and not Zambia? when all Namibia and Botswana are just next to Zambia. Most of south Africans were in Zambia during the struggle and yet you know nothing about Zambia hmmmmmmmm interesting
Great stuff. Keep it up unapologetic nomads, next thing we are going to ask you is visit the moon on our behalf 👩🚀☺️ kikiki ok maybe that's a very big ask perhaps the Lusaka Museum for a start, have you already toured it? How do I invest or buy property there
I have a question what benefits will this development do for the continent of Africa for example we see how China and America are the two leading countries in the world that contribute to the pollution and the destroying of the ozone layer in Africa goes in a direction of European eyes in themselves americanizing themselves and build these concrete jungles what will happen to the planet me personally I believe that Africa needs to remain more land and trees than concrete and still because we see what concrete and steel has done to the Western hemisphere you barely can breathe we're breathing in toxin and poison everywhere now unless they can build eco-friendly communities that doesn't poison the environment the water the land then I'm all for it but if it's going to do the same thing that has been done in the Western hemisphere then we're going in the wrong direction
I have lived in Lusaka for four years I never knew this place existed
