Lauki Paneer Ka Chilla
Prep time - 20 mins
Cooking time - 15 mins
Serves - 4 (8nos)
Ingredients:
Besan - 2 cups/ 200 gms
Suji - 4 tbsp/ 50 gms
Salt - to taste
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric - ¾ tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi
Ajwain- 1tsp
Water - 1¼ cup / 300 ml
Lauki, diced - 1 cup/ 150 gms
Water - ¼ cup/ 60 ml
Green Chilli, chopped - 1-2 nos
Ginger, chopped - 2 tsp
For Paneer Stuffing
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Green Chilli, chopped - 1 no
Ginger, chopped - 1 tsp
Green Peas, boiled - 1cup
Carrots, grated - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Paneer, grated -250 gms
Oil (2) - for drizzling
