This game doesn’t come anywhere near the innovation that just cause 3 was able to do for the series. The wing suit, retractable grapple, infinite c4, and made the ally from the last 2 games become an antagonist of some sort.

I think just cause 4 gets a lot more hate than it deserves. I thought it was fun to play around with and while it wasn’t anything special necessarily, it was still fun.

You can't put a rocket and a balloon on a cow and then slowly boost in order to control it like a plane in 2 or 3
The water looks like shit in 4 but everything else is way better
I think it was updated though so this day one version isn't as good as it is now so I can see why everyone freaked out when it first came out
But I got the ultimate edition for $9 and can't say I wasted my money
Especially if you're going by the dollar an hour rule

myfatassdick yeh they added a lot of new features but it just didn’t live up to the hype that it had gotten, just cause 3 for its time was a crazy detailed game that had good physics in explosions and other stuff but just cause 4 just isnt the same, I would say the map isn’t as good and colours the old game had way brighter colours. The new features weren’t even that different to just cause 3, all they really did was add balloons and tornado and apart from that’s it is the exact same game that is still good but games have gotten better so this game just didn’t get the popularity that just cause 3 got because the game hasn’t really evolved that much
