Unlucky Mark, just one of days. Still a good video though. I was chatting to a guy from Upminster last week who had a good day in the second peg you fished, I wonder if it was the chap you spoke with. Had a decent pm session in the bottom meadow last Thurs, 3 Barbel for just under 26lb. See you down there soon.

i fish stourport every year , weeks holiday, did well on the nights with bream up to 8lb and a 9 lb barbel. crap in the day time tho. not sure where you are

Yeah I think that first stretch has had it’s day for some reason 🤷🏼‍♂️ It was huge mate, I was going to weigh it in case it was a PB 😳🤦🏼‍♂️

The meat screws you mentioned Mark were they korum? I’ve got some of those and never used them. Neil

Hi Neil, I’ve used the Korum ones and they’re not bad, but generally by the third cast the meat still comes off. The ones I’m using now are from Tackleuk.co.uk and are called Stay Put Hair Riggers
