I still think it is quite interesting. The voice is very tired of course but the great acting still there and there is a real fragility and uncertainty she brings to the music, a sort of suspense. You live the drama with her, is the character gonna get through the Aria and is Edita Gruberova herself gonna get through the Aria?! The sounds she emitted without vibrato pianissimi are very interesting I think.

素晴らしい、まだエディタ・グルベローヴァ氏が活躍している。もう日本公演はないが、欧州ではオペラ以外で歌い続けると聞いていたが、こうした形で活躍しているんだ。ブラヴォー、を届けたい。いや、ロベルト・デヴェリューの圧巻の狂気の場面は来日して詠ったときとはちがう円熟味、いや演技性を感じさせる。声の強さではない、趣がいい。彼女はドニゼッティの女王三部作を現代によみがえらせた功労者、やはりこの曲は彼女のものなのかもしれない。

Edita me semble bien fatiguée ce soir là, manque de souffle et d'appuis, abusant de "fil di voce", elle est bien meilleure, et même extraordinaire pour sa soirée d'adieu à Münich, je le regrette car je l'adore vraiment. Breslik a toujours autant de charme vocal, son timbre est vraiment original, beau et chaleureux

Ben oui, à 72 ans, on peut assez aisément avoir des jours avec et des jours sans. Certaines cantatrice qui ont la moitié de son âge connaissent autant de baisses de régime.
