- NOTE: I feel the need, after reading some of the initial comments, to let you know that this isn't really an ASMR video. If you're new to my channel, or just confused in general, sometimes I post videos of stuff that I think some people might find interesting, especially people who don't live in the USA. Everything I post isn't ASMR.
Yes, most of it is, but not all of it.
If you are grumpy, please feel better knowing that I have 1,500+ videos on here that you can watch to your heart's content. Whatever type of ASMR you're looking for, I've probably done it at least once. This video, however, is NOT one of those types of videos. I hope this helps with any confusion you may be experiencing. It’s nice they have a few non breakfast options for people like me who used to work night shifts and wanted dinner at 7 am.

@@tonysoprano3931 god,, i know this comment is 2 years old but this is so true. i'm so shook, the golden corral in this video actually looks....edible. ive lived in the suburbs of chicago my whole life, i'd NEVER willingly eat at golden corral (at least the ones around here).
i think it's awesome how involved you are with your kids and how you are genuinely excited to do things with them such as sleeping on a battle ship. that is so cool! that buffet looked so good omg!

I love Golden Corral. There isn't one close to me, but I went to the one about an hour and a half away and I have spent literally ALL DAY in that place! And the staff was fantastic!
My mom actually used to work with her sister and best friend at Golden Corral in the 90’s! She told me one time her sister accidentally put waffle mix in the ice cream machines and broke all of them! My mom has lots of funny stories about Golden Corral, but that one was my favorite. Thank you for your video, Mary!

You guys have a lot of Indian and Chinese buffets though. At least in Brighton when I was there last. Pretty much lived off the all-you-can-eat Indian vegetarian buffet. Good food, lots of it, for cheap.
I miss that place so much, so many memories. Wish I could just fly there and eat dinner there again.

I love buffets. There aren't any Golden Corrals near me (I'm in Canada) but I have hopes of travelling so I'm watching these videos. I also love ASMR. You have a wonderful voice. Do you do roleplays? I know it sounds strange, but I'd love to hear you do a cranial nerve exam or an eye test.

Yep I work night shift and it’s very rare can you find regular food at early morning hours. And when I get off in the morning I usually want dinner food. Breakfast is for when I wake up at 4pm.

@@Naughtystimpy No, it isn't a good charity. It's a called a buffet restaurant. What Mary showed here was the breakfast buffet. You pay $8.69 and you can eat all you want.

Hi. The "extension" of the salad bar with the added ham and other fixings is actually an omelette making station. At the G.C. near me in Layton, Utah someone can also prepare fried eggs to your liking at that particular station too! (I could see the burners in the background) 🍳😁😉

Have fun on the Yorktown!! I stayed on the battleship for 2 nights and it was great! Just make sure you have blankets!

Me & My Family LOVE Golden Corral!!!! We go to The one in SHAWNEE OKLAHOMA. But we go after 4pm because that's when they start serving Steaks. My kids love the chocolate fountain, macaroni, potatoe wedges, and my 3 year old sons favorite is cut up steak with broccoli and cheese. Great Video!!

Soup for breakfast in the winter is one of my favorite things! When I was a kid, my mom made us breakfast every morning. Typically, non traditional breakfast fare. Homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast is awesome in your tummy before walking to school in the rain. To this day, I still eat soup for breakfast.

I don't know how I'd stop myself climbing into the tray of skillet potatoes and onions, I'd be spooning the spoon. I'd love to try corned beef hash and cheese grits, my Mum used to make us corned beef fritters when we were kids, so I think I'd really like it. Hope you all had a wonderful trip.
