really interesting. I 34 and I have bad lower back pain, which made me though about why these guys don't have these problems their training focus a lot of core strength, notice the balance workouts they do, they are always trying to balance on something, that makes you inner abs go crazy!
I'm way older than you and have a couple of collapsed discs. A few years ago I asked a coach I know who has been at Man Utd over 20 years what was the difference between the great players and good players. He said, talent not withstanding, the difference is core strength. You just can't get them off the ball. Been at it a couple of years now and, whilst still in pain at times, I am a little better and would only do core exercises if I had to choose only one type of exercise. Benefits outweigh both upper and lower body exercises.
Well footballers are athletes they are stronger than the average person. And in some physical challenges, they have to have a strong core strength to win that 1v1, so footballer are pretty strong. Ofc they are weak in strength if u compare them to boxers
Its pretty easier to work if you have such conditions. Great job
Good job!

Footballers look weak
They can't get too big usually, it affects their stamina
@@arkapravade7234 Yeah They have to mantain a low body weight
Footballers are really elite athletes mate You need to be in really great shape to play at pitch for 90 minutes
@@hamitkaya5007 i was talking about strength, not his shape
