Very helpful. I had applied for a visitor visa on my own before and later had an agent apply a 482 visa for me. Now im faced with a passport renewal and fear failing to re enter australia after going to back to my country to renew my passport. In Skill Select when I clicked the button “Apply Visa”, the visa application linked to my mom’s IMMIACCOUNT.
Is there a way to bring the application (before applying) to my own IMMIACCOUNT?
Or do I need to Submit Application and then Import it, as you showed in the video?
@pathwaytoaus is it your policy not to allow your clients to import their own applications even if for their own viewing only? I’ve read in a lot of pages that it doesnt really leave the account of the agent. and some agencies allow their clients to import.

Bro I applied for student visa along with my spouse and kid … my and son visa is granted and status is showing finalised …. they required some addition information in case of my spouse ..but now since Iam main applicant and status is showing finalised I cannot upload and docs so we have email to them the required docs for my spouse … now it’s been more then 3 months since we provided information but there is no update on spouse visa and in immi account in front of my spouse name it is blank and there is no status ….
