Thank god it's Friday Mama! Thanks for all the video's Steven.
Nice job. Never seen oil pressure that low
Good job Steve I knew you'd figure it out I've learned a lot from you over the year you never too old to learn something take care
I had a gas drier with squeeky wheels. It sounded like the torture of a small rodent. I paid a serve guy to put them in. Between parts labor and mileage the bill was about half cost of a new drier. When they started to make noise 2 years later I just replaced the appliance. It was about 15 years old at that point so I figured it was due. If I knew how to get the case apart to get at the rollers making the noise I would have just changed them myself. It is a roller afterall and not a gas valve.
I replaced the wheel bearings on my 1999 Maytag, mine started rumbling and squealing at about 15 years too. Took me about an hour and cost under $20 including shipping. Now that I've done it once it'll take me half the time if I ever have to do it again. Next time check here on the tube first, you might get lucky and see how to DIY.
Great job Stever. Your not a parts changer, anyone can do that. Your an honest, diagnostician that doesn’t rip off your customers. Diamond in the rough.
Oil burner vids in August. Gotta love these systems that heat domestic water with a big ass boiler. 😊. My brother's place in VT has that, with a tank I think.

Ohhh shit he said when they come with tablet LMAO! So true!!! I have a Beckett genisys and this morning it ran outta fuel, got some fuel and bled it and noticed it's got some fuel very very slowly seeping down the seal. I can send you a picture of where it's seeping from. It was put in, in December of 2016, had a tune up this past October and I got a quote for over $6k of work. I could get a new damn furnace for that! I never knew furnaces had to get tune ups yearly. And best believe the guy had the tablet! He said soot would need to be vacuumed out and due to me living in a trailer and the limited space to properly clean the soot out the furnace would entirely need to be taken apart.. that alone was quoted over a grand, a new electrode was like over $600, said there was tiny cracks starting in the combustion chamber, that was around $3k and some other things. My jaw dropped. It was $289 for a damn tune up. I feel for the "$89 fall tune up special" but in the tiny print it said oil burners aren't included in that special 🙄
Always a great video. I’m watching these more for the one liners than the actual work sometimes….always straight shooter.
Hello Steve!
As mentioned with the check valve , keeps the pump from losing prime, "But" its also supposed to stop all oil flow when the pump is not running which might make it drip out of the nozzle ,, if you oil tank is quite a bit above the furnace/boiler where gravity flow will push oil through a non operating pump thats why they put it in there.
I know that oil heat is supposed to be warmer, but I don't miss that smell and smoke at all.
If you have smoke, something is wrong. I don't like the smell either, though.
Hey Steve and Miss Molly! Workin’ again y’all. 👍👍
Howdy Steve and Molly
Nice Save!
Sure wish you were near Asheville, NC. I sure could use your expertise. No one around here works on oil furnaces. I have the same issue. One company does oil furnaces, but they sent a guy who changed the pump in 10 minutes, spilled oil everywhere and left. Still leaking. 6 years. Now leak is bigger.
Hey Steve. Do you ever sell used parts on ebay or any other platform?
Good job Steve.
AS the fan runs, could it be sucking in the oil into the tube ? The supply tube was leaking pretty bad.
Great job, how are you able to bend that tube without kinking it, that's awesome.
Experience. He bent that tube in one smooth move and one hand. Impressive!
Love the title, nice, very nice.
Hi Steve, great job and video!, but you might want to get some brake clean in the spray can to clean up the oily messes !, lol 😆 it's a leader, mamma!!
Tight wrench - nothing but quality!
Another happy customer

ty, les
Very good jobs
the checkvalve isnt to keep the oil from going backwards? otherwise the pump would be fighting against it.
@3:48 Steve talking about his gf's?
Hey Steve, from watching a ton of your videos, I think I've determined that when you say
" That's kinda odd ", the equipment has a pretty big issue going on but when you say
" That's queer ".....then we've really got trouble. 😂
@@willydavid That is the worst ! And I may have that issue myself. 🙂
Could be New England heater oil from McDonalds.
I swear doc, every time the heat kicks on I get hungry! What's wrong with me? Bahahaha
13th. I am getting closer to being #1
Sounds like a Leaka Momma.
I tell you one thing I wish we had you in the Baltimore area. I be been watching your videos for a long time. you really know your shit. Some of these oil technicians around here are queer.
I live 20 minutes from Baltimore and I'm thinking the same thing
Steve, what are you doing to your truck??, don't you clean it?? haha
Is there a difference in pressure between veggie and #2 funny
I like em tight. A little drag is nice.

@@willydavid Not bad thanks. Huge rainstorm and tornado warnings last night. Never seen my sump work that hard before and thank goodness for back water valve on sewer. My neighbors dumping stuff on front lawns this morning. Best money ever spent on that valve.
Your good to your customers and they appreciate it. Great Job!
Howdy Steve
Who uses Oil heat in the summertime I don’t understand that one.
The system has an internal coil for making domestic hot water.
@@imxploring oh ok.
