The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

Cliff was the first apologist i saw while scrolling through tiktok who helped me go from new age to christ. God was calling me and over a period of about a year, i slowly changed. And gave my life to christ march 2nd 2024.

Believe it or not he's using body language to try to signal a more comfortable environment for her, because she was clearly upset.
Notice how he's mirroring her posture. also trying to reduce his size by getting low and meeting her eyeline. It wasn't an attempt to intimidate rather to soothe.

I don’t think people realize it’s mostly to plant a seed. We can not convert people that’s for them to decide. But what we do is spread the word and plant the seed of Gods word into their head. If they want to nurture that seed and let it grow then they can. Even if it’s 1 person out of thousands, that’s still a saved life.
This also how cults will influence others towards membership.
The important aspect to realize is the ideology being presented and not the empathy and compassion in this context. In other words, sprouting compassion while also stating this is contingent upon one committing to eternal devotion is misplaced.
This IS entertainment.
This gathering is not a discussion of how humans can be better humans with respect to others and the environment.
Instead, Stuart and Cliffe provide the foundation of absolute truth when none exist. Now we are discussing a dictatorship.
The ideals and beliefs individuals gather and share to are a product of society and could ultimately impact the world. Yet these characteristics are dependent upon individual understanding and collective empathy.
I see no reason to believe a creator god exists.
I see no reason to believen one should therefore commit to eternal devotion to a supposed creator god.

However, in doing so, this assumption relies on the very thing it seeks to prove (i.e., God’s existence).
Essentially, you're begging the question.
@jaydeejohnson7 If X is the necessary condition of Y, and Y is the case, then X must also be the case. Its not begging the question to ask for justifications for transcendental categories, because without them and something that holds them together coherently, knowledge is impossible, and your worldview goes into absurdity.

While I've always been a Catholic Christian, social media has taught me what that actually means to be that. It has strengthened my faith which has had a ripple effect with my whole family. My 14 yr old is spectrum and he has vast knowledge of the Bible and theology. My 8 yr old is on his heels! My wife and I are married (legally) and are about to get our marriage acknowledged by our Lord (while not participating in the conjugal act until then). Praise the Lord for this ❤
Honestly, people who go to try and debate Cliff and Stuart, end up falling into the same issue as their predecessors whove tried and failed.
Cliff and Stuart see more victories in their walk with Christ because theyre learning from the arguments. Theyre refining their talking points, and then knowing when someone is refusing to bridge the gap of conversation as is necessary for debate.
They have years of experience.
To which I woukd say Cliff and Stuart are like our modern day Paul and Timothy.
Fr Fr And sometimes When I wach cliffe, Cliffe sometimes isn't aware of modern days changes and so Stuart ussaly back him up.

People often say they went from Christian to atheists because the more they got into the Bible and the longer they were waiting on God to do something in their life and God did not, they turn to atheism are no longer at least claiming to be a Christian because God no longer appeared to be someone who is going to give them everything they wanted to benefit themselves in their own lives.
They thought God was going to be their Genie in a Bottle that they could just pray and get what they wanted and have an easier life and an abundance of things to enjoy.
Yet when you read scriptures from the words of Jesus,
you actually are supposed to expect quite the opposite.
He guaranteed Christians would have to go through suffering, persecutions, trials, being hated by the world, put to death, their family and friends turning against them, etc.
Exactly. Jesus told us to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily and follow Him. I don't do that very well, but I'm working on it
Even if God would not answer my prayers i will still continue my faith until the end because Christ is my happiness. Simple as that...

You and your dad were the first Christian apologetics people I ever watched during my first few weeks as a Christian. I had a lot of questions and doubts and you helped me overcome those doubts and brought me closer to Jesus. Yes these conversations do help people and they do change minds every day. Don’t ever question the work you do.

She is right it is entertaining minds, the ministry in the open is a great way to collect and entertain another way of thinking and we can only pray that those minds affect their hearts and lives with the love of Jesus Christ.
If she actually believed that he won't change anyone's mind then she wouldn't care and wouldn't even waste time talking to him. People like her obviously don't like his message and they actually do think he will change minds, which is why they want you to stop speaking.
They don't believe in freedom of speech and either want to force you to leave, make you believe that your speech is pointless, or just scream and yell to disrupt you as much as possible.
That's atheist for you. They don't like the message so they will disrupt and attempt to annoy others to shut it down. It's pretty fascist of them if you ask me. And fascism comes from communism/socialism. Which leads me to also believe atheism is a form of communism too. The anti religious stance is a big red flag. But also knowing Marx, Lenin, Stalin and Trotsky were atheist too.

I have seen so many people in my age group that have a deep seated resentment towards church, because of their upbringing. Many families would force the church aspect upon their children. Some going to church 3-4 times a week. I’ve realized, personally, I never regret going to church as an adult. I always come out with my spirit lifted and a message to think about. However, I don’t go to church as often as I probably should but I believe that it doesn’t make me less of a Christian. My faith is in my heart. I still pray and have my own relationship with God and Church is kind of a bonus! it is neat that with the internet, I can throw on my church’s service from the week before, and have it play in the background while I’m cleaning or working. The access we have, is really incredible, especially when it’s used for good! 🙏😊

I love these guys. Not sure if they change anyone’s minds but I’ve learned a lot from them. Also, people might be too shy to speak up in person but a seed of belief is planted.
I doubt there was many that change beliefs but a few. Most Christian preachers on campus are either seen as annoying and aggro or cool down enough to be around and for someone to debate rhem.so it is slightly interesting. Genuinely ignore them because all are judgmental, use so many fallacies, and I would rather hear another religion preach than another abrahamic religion play their tiny violin.

How about you study more than just the book but the context and relation to other myths and stories. You start to understand all of it is just ancient beliefs that's stole stories from each other and are used for political reasons during that. time.
