- So if you guys have been watching me for a long time you would know by now that i have a fear of ham. I'm also a very fussy eating. So i thought it would be entertaining to try some of my least favourite foods on camera.

Yeah. I'm American, so I've never had a Turkish Delight, Quavers, or Wotsits, but they sound really good! I love Doritos, bacon, barbecue sauce, tomatoes, basically everything Sophie doesn't like in the video.
Sophie you are amazing. But just know that you don’t have to put yourself through pain for us. We love you for you.
I don’t know if this applies to you right now but I’ve heard it gets tough - putting on a smile every day/week for us, your audience. When you have a bad day, you think that if you don’t keep your “always happy” mask on we will leave. But we won’t. We love you, you don’t need to do anything that makes you unhappy for us.
