AZT 2023: Gear and Food

I'm going to hike the Arizona Trail, as much as I can anyway. The snow is pretty high in Northern Arizona. Here's my gear list and food strategy. My base weight is about 8lbs. lighterpack.co... I am going to send food boxes this time.

I tried one of those complete cookies and had gas that lasted two days! And it wasn't that tasty. Maybe your digestive stuff will do the trick. Fun to see all your diy gear. Maybe I will see you in Grand Canyon, depending on when you get there. Have a great time on the trail!

The Digest stuff I bought seems to work. I tested it out. It takes 3 of the regular strength Digest or 1 Digest Gold to eat a cookie safely. The cookies aren't the only thing that gives me trouble.
