Congrats! Little by little you've made nice progress. I just bought a 2002 base RSX in desert silver metallic a month and a half ago. Ive done a few things to it already. Love my RSX. I havent decided what wheels Im gonna go with yet. Im also debating whether or not to buy coilovers or springs. Anyway, good job so far!
As a dc5 owner with stock height, I agree that you can't really tell if the car look good or not if it not lower lol my have 3-5 finger gap (06 RSX) but I have mugen lip all around so that kinda helps bit. Look like a monster truck with no lips lol. Heard koni yellow shock with lowering spring ride Smooth and like oem. Planning to get F&f type 1 since it just going to be my daily. Anyways, looking forward to your build
Looking good. I'm still debating on the rpf1s or ce28ns. Get some springs for now to drop it and get rid of the gap. Can you do me a favor and do a close up video of the front wheel showing how much space there is? I will also be upgrading the front brakes to the spoon brakes.
Gotta go second hand my friend. I bought my rpf1 for 600. 17x9 +22 with tires. Wheels were flawless but needed tires. Bought brand new tires for 400. Car looks good, just need to be lowered
Awesome video mate just a question will those wheel with those offsets 245/40R17 fit on a factory stock Honda Integra DC5 Luxary Base Model on stock suspension?
@@Coda5610 Awesome mate btw you running yours with Enkai Centre Caps ? I've also seen people put Red Honda Logo Center Caps Style on it too looks pretty good 😊
Did you have to run a spacer in the rear to clear the trailing arm just picked up the same spec rpf1s and the the wheels rub on the trailing arm car is pretty low and has full adjustable camber kit in the rear
I have a 03 type s and I am about to pick up some Rpf1s and I was wondering if I should get 17x9 or 17x8 +35. I am on coil overs and would I need spacers/ rolling fenders. Any feed back would be appreciated thanks!
Duke Magadan 17x9 +35 245/40/17 is absolutly perfect for RSX's. I rolled my rear fenders cuz they rubbed a little but rolling fenders isnt a big deal. Deffintly go 17x9 forsure!
Duke Magadan hey I’m in the same predicament and I’m wondering what you went with, I plan on getting PF01 17x9+35 with a 245/40/17 tire, I think this would fit because the RPF1 are close enough and I’m aware I’ll need to roll the rears I’m also lowered on progress coils, so what do either of you suggest.
Coda5610 thanks for the reply, have you lowered the car since this video? And sorry I just found this channel but do you run a bigger brake kit or stock, because I don’t think a +35 offset allows for bigger brakes?
What the fuck you mean you dont know, that shit looks way better then those wack chrome ones you had on not to mention way lighter. Dont lower it more looks good!
How is that front lip secured on? Is it drilled on the side of the fender liner? Or are there push pins underneath the lip? I have a base model and I'm going to be putting on a type R front lip and A spec side skirts on soon and wondering how am I going to put them on. Cool video! Car looks awesome
Juan Vazquez-Rodriguez waiting on parts from Japan. I ordered lug nuts which can only be ordered from Japan... i also got ITR valve Cover, ITR coil pack cover, ITR dipstick, ITR door panels, ITR door sills.
They look good, but you said first impression they don’t look like nothing special that’s because RPF1 is the most basic wheels people buy, everybody and their mommas has those wheels lol
That looks way better than the rims you previously had .
1gsrtom thanks other wheels werent mine
But I feel ya. Money don't grow on trees for the most of us lol.
B Series yep

RSX Noob heck yeah thanks man
I'm putting these beauties on my SL2 15x7 4x100 +41 and 205 55 R15 Yokohama advans on it too. Totally looking forward to it!
Your right things are expensive and take time to get a hold of. I think the overall look and stance is on point but that’s just me
Mumble 👌👌
Definitely a + over the old wheels. Looks good save up for coilovers.
Old wheels were temp and not even mine

armando quezada will do in the next video
I would get beefier tires and lower it a tad bit but i love the wheels!
eliana lopez 245s are pretty wide
Coda5610 i was thinking of taller 😊
Super clean and super simple but yeah, needs a bit more low, love it!
Cameron Worne thanks!
Those Enkeis and Yokohamas looks so nice...!
Tires look like tires.

Kris im to ocd to buy used items
Kris what modification did you have to do to make the wheels fit
I just ordered these s tech tien springs for my civic all i care about is making it look good and running it hard.
Put the center caps on, and you'll feel a whole lot better.
Don't let no one get you down. keep working hard for your's, I am too brotha.
Davillain thanks
They may not look special to you but they sure do perform well. Those things are hella light weight. I love rpf1 I wish I could afford them
TBills 3000 thanks, and they are growing on me now
dude my first impression is WTF that shit look clean asffff
Thanks man!
Thinking of getting this for my s2000 but unsure of the offset needed
I heard +45 wouldn't fit a bbk but maybe the +22 or +38
Altimatic +35
Holy crap that DC5 is a beaut!
Thanks
Looks really good and simple but does need more low
LiveHD2 yep about 1 inch lower
Awesome video mate just a question will those wheel with those offsets 245/40R17 fit on a factory stock Honda Integra DC5 Luxary Base Model on stock suspension?
Yep they should fit perfect
@@Coda5610 Awesome mate btw you running yours with Enkai Centre Caps ?

@@HuuTonyTran yeah i got custom center caps

Wait will these fit right onto my stock 02 rsx type s..I think those are the best looking wheels in my opinion
Yes
the front lip and the side skirts are actually not from the type r. instead they look like the integral special edition
Francisco Gavilan never said they was from a Type R, they are A Spec
I have the same setup. With the 17x9 and 245-40-17 tires did you have to roll fenders?
Chris Yang yes only in the rear
In the video did you have a camber kit?? Or was it only coilovers
No camber kits no coilovers

Hey bro so for this video you were running on tien lowering springs? And no spacers correct?
Correct
@Coda5610 awesome thank you for replying!
Don’t need to lower it anymore bruh. Just pick up 4 fat chicks and you’re good to go at the honda meet 💪
pretty kool Rsx i wanted to get one of these...🔥🔥 I think it looks pretty Good rite there
Nathan Telles thankss
I think they blend too much with the car color
DC Crush i got a pic on my phone of another silver rsx with silver wheels and they look good so idk i need more lows
The wheels look nice it’s just You should’ve got in black so it looks better silver car
black wheels are lamee
I plan on running this exact set up but on PF01 have you notice any rub on the trailing arms, at full turn or over bumps.
Nope nothing
Coda5610 thanks for the reply, have you lowered the car since this video? And sorry I just found this channel but do you run a bigger brake kit or stock, because I don’t think a +35 offset allows for bigger brakes?
JDM i no longer have the car but nope never lowered it i did run a +3mm spacer so i can run center caps
Did u have to put that middle ring before the wheel????
I used hub centric rings yes
What the fuck you mean you dont know, that shit looks way better then those wack chrome ones you had on not to mention way lighter. Dont lower it more looks good!
ricks kzrx other wheels were borrowed
I really like them tbh

Bolts on
Do you think I can get away without rubbing on 17x8.5 +32 on stock suspension? - RSX
weaksawce_p yeah you will be fine im sure
Coda5610 what about 17x8.5+35
Or what you have 17x9+35 with like a 5mm spacer to not rub on stock component
How do you like those tien lowering springs
Bee Her they were great until the strut blew!
U got the same car ,color, rims, leps, not the tail
It's been a while....
Looks good just needs to be lowered (comment 2+ years late)
It is lowered lol but not enough
I would make it sit right above the tire
LiveHD2 yep 👌
What front lip is that?
Factory a spec
Can you post link to where I can buy these
they all over google
i would of got bigger rims but it looks good just would of went lower
SimplyCleanej8 18s are way to big for RSX's
Coda5610 it would fill up that gap a little more but at the same time it probably cost a couple hundred more
What suspension are you on?
Tein S-Tech
wheel spec?
Jiawei Xu description
What Hub centric ring size do you have?
Enkei
Coda5610 do you know the size?
Galileo Orellana 64.15 to 73.00
