Emperor Nefarious is probably the most intimidating villain in the Ratchet & Clank series to date in my opinion. Everything about him just screams that you don't want to mess with him.
@@misstigalilli1 Honestly I think it could work, A Rivet and Kit game would be similar enough to ratchet and clank in terms of the world they are in, but would be much more interesting in terms of combat considering they only kept Rivets combat same to ratchet so you wouldn't need to worry about changing play style, so it probably would be more like a 3rd person Titanfall game rather than a ratchet and clank clone, not to mention Rivet is actually a decent character and isn't annoying unlike most "Alternate dimension version of main hero but a girl" characters and would (and is with rift apart) a breath of fresh air to have a playable character not just be same old ratchet.

Lol there is one spot in the final phase where if nefarious stands there he literally stops moving even if you shoot him with some weapons lol, I could have beat him regardless becuase I only ended up taking like 10 percent off with that just thought it was funny. On hard he is definitely like a sponge but it was still exhilarating I definitely had to learn his move set and I just stood behind cover whenever he shot his beam

exactly, the way I see it, it's more like the final boss had two phases, phase one was Ratchet and Clank destroying the mech, and phase two was Rivet and Kit vs Emperor Nefarious. sort of like how fans got around Bowser being the Final boss of Mario and Luigi: Dream Team instead of Antasma. because technically, Antasma was the Final Dream world boss, while Dreamy Bowser was the final boss in the Real world
The reason I’m not buying this game is because I’m paying for Ratchet and Clank, not Rivet and Kit. I would prefer it if they had a spin-off series so I wouldn’t have to buy them

@@vindurza Alister explained the fate of Ratchet's mother and meantioned that he didn't know what happened to Kaden after they went seperate ways sense he was exiled so in Alister's words "I don't know how long It took before Tachyon had caught up to him but what I do know is I'm responsible for their deaths" this implies that not even kaden survived after saving Ratchet. ratchet will not know anyone in the lombax dimension except for the hinted character mags in the lorbs.
