As a man watching this inspirational talk by these three brilliant women, I feel that it is critical to build emotional equity for women leaders (and men), and with women in leadership positions, it becomes clearer (contrary to the common misperception) that emotions are resources, assets that should be directed to meaningful goals that benefit the system. Emotions are not a problem, they are assets/resources if directed rightly and liability if misdirected.
