UnID Vietnamese FM 55.6MHz relaying VOV1 via F2 18:58JST~: 2024/4/7

■Neither local ID nor upper-level SA was confirmed. Seems they just relayed VOV1 whose name was mentioned ("VOV một") after ads (at the timestamps 03:19 (19:01:42JST), 03:52 (19:02:16JST) and 04:57 (19:03:20JST)). The RDS showed some sets of letters but they never made sense■
