They used too loud output volume… I can sure this one is from Tiên Du district. Whenever I tune to Tiên Du FM (on 88.3 MHz), output sound is always louder although I don't adjust anything… Other stations in the same province are easier to listen.

As I stated. This is from Hoằng Đại commune, Thanh Hóa city, Thanh Hóa province. Note: From January 2025, Hoằng Đại commune will be upgraded to become a ward.

“xã Thường Thắng” is noted on 0:08. Thường Thắng commune, Hiệp Hòa district uses 62.0 MHz (2020 list). Maybe frequency changed?
