Hey Zara! This is about creating different top lines so when we use the shortest layer on the bottom and the longest on the top it creates density along the bottom of the lashes which is what we wants from an eyeliner effect, it also gives us a very wispy top line - if you're looking for even density across the lash line and a very even top line then longest at the bottom, shortest at the top will be your go to, and if you want something very natural/in-between then use the same length on all layers 🥰 - Laura 🖤
