IPO and the 4Ms

This video is an introduction to two very basic concepts of POM: the Input-Process-Output model (IPO) and the 4Ms. The #POM4all lecture videos are made for an introductory course in Production and Operations Management (POM). Feel free to use all #POM4all videos as you please in your studies and lectures!
Fun fact: This was the very first lecture video we made. It was done during the first weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, and it took about one week to make a rough first version. Subsequent videos enjoyed the learning curve effect, cutting recording and production time down to hours.
