Great test and review of the insoles! I don’t have foot pain or issues so I haven’t tried any special insoles before. Good to know they’re available if needed. I also get new hiking shoes every 6-9 months anyway, maybe that helps me out. You sure put in the miles shed hunting- the only way I would find some is if they’re near the trail, lol, … we don’t get out bushwhacking like you do when hunting. Hopefully the bulls will be dropping their antlers soon! 👌 Have a great week! 😄- Jen

Nice video. I have feet problems that are real bad. I have 3 Hugh spurs in my right heel. ( there’s a name for it can’t remember it something planter …?). I may try these. I do have a couple pairs from my doc that seem to work great. Man that’s some beautiful country !! Nice looking hat and shirt as well. Thanks for taking us a long

That was a lot of hiking to get skunked. I, of all people, feel your pain. It’s a common story for me. However, I did find my first elk shed (a spike) this weekend.

I also received a pair of these insoles to review. I have mixed feelings about them but continuing to try them. You are really dedicated to those sheds to walk that far looking for them. 😅 Of course, the scenery and animal interactions make it worthwhile. Any day in the outdoors is generally better than being cooped up inside.

11 mile hike is a good trek on those insoles. Too bad you went so far without finding a shed but the worked obsidian find was cool!

I feel lucky to see them every time I catch a glimpse of one in the wild.
