Yak-52 impromptu formation flying

I took my yak on a playdate with Mike's yak. They were born at the same factory, so they're cousins, but they never played together. While enroute I fly low enough for the phone to work and we were messaging. We arranged to meet around the field and flew formation. These planes are a delight to fly. They're steampunk enough to take you to a much older era... but we put enough situational awareness instruments in them to make your eyes water. #yak52tw #yak52
