Mazda is definitely punching above it’s weight in all classes for the price. The fact that most reviewers are comparing Mazda’s to premium and luxury brands is impressive.
Its not. Since Mazda (their expensive models) is also premium brand nowdays its just need time to ppl accept and know that.
Acura
Wait so the CX-90 is less expensive, more powerful, more fuel efficient, more luxurious, and handles better? Acura needs to get it together.
SH AWD makes all the difference though.
Acura has the type s that destroys the cx90 and its lighter, just watched a video of them racing from a dig and roll
Nah, Acura knows the insecurities of people will still drive many to acquire the luxury rebrand. Despite, it being lesser than the more humble brand.
@@vincentcasiano8036 HA! At least the CX-90 is built on a PROPER RWD platform and is 100% assembled in Japan. Something Acura won't do because they love to penny pinch and cut corners as much as possible. Their strategy has always been to blind customers with gimmicky marketing and brag about supposed "brand equity".
More luxurious? Nah… i Drove both and I felt mazda cheaper…
CX90 is ok but the Acura MDX got it beat in looks alone. The blacked out Aspec trim looks sick. In a daily commute situation the power difference just doesn’t matter. Aside from that the 10 speed trans reallly gets the most out of that engine. Tuned really well, much better than CX90. Not saying CX90 is a bad suv by any means but the Acura MDX is considered a premium suv for a reason and it’s not just “perceived” but Honda puts significant investment into its systems and technology. Believe me, it’s worth every penny over the CX90 IMHO.
CX-90 Signature is CAD$63300 and MDX Type S is CAD$88400. I'll take RWD, Inline 6 for CAD$25k less.
Agreed, $90k for an Acura that isn't an NSX is for suckers.
Just traded my 2022 mdx for the Mazda. Mazda better in almost every way. Power, gas mileage, interior, stereo, wipers, etc
In fairness, the type s absolutely demolishes the cx90 performance-wise. To me, still not worth 20k but hey, some ppl...
Great, honest and solid review. Very well done. The gas mileage is something nobody mentions but getting 27 MPG compared to 21-22 mpg with a more powerful engine is amazing. Both recommend premium fuel and at the published combined MPG number, the MDX would cost you $18-20 USD more at each fill up!
It’s more like about 31 mpg some have even got 34. I’ve only had mine 3 weeks though.
I have an MDX 2020 - I barely get 17.5 ( live in a suburb with about 40 miles a day city and highway mix driving ) am I getting even less than other MDX owners ?
For my cx 90 I mean.
@@gauravshukla75 my mdx was low like 20 ish. Depends of course how your driving or stopping.
I have a 2015 Mdx and I started off averaging 22ish MPG when I got the car 1 year CPO used...now I average 17mpg...IDKWTF it is with this car I take great care of it...its a great car...but I'm not the only one who after 5-10 years starts to get such horrible MPGs
Acura MDX is the #1 3 row luxury SUV for a reason. Yes the Mazda looks beautiful, but it’s still not a luxury brand and that suede looks great BUT how do you clean it? It will show its age and dirt and smudges which will be a nightmare to clean. No thank you… I don’t like the bubble butt the Mazda has…it looks weird. The MDX looks more attractive and substantial. I looked at the CX 90 and realized the price difference, but once I stepped in the Acura…it felt right at home and after owning the A Spec I can see why it out sells all the others. Team Acura …..
MDX for me too
I like how he's so calm in his videos, other reviewers always talking loud and being extra!
WOW been waiting for this comparison for so long. You have brought the one thing that was missing from every reviewer comparison between these two Seven Seater Race. Love the Plate # on the Acura MDX, OMG MOVV
Haha, I’m assuming SH-AWD?
Great review. It bears mentioning that Mazdas premium fit and finish didn’t come “out of nowhere” as they’ve been producing high quality interiors since being divested from Ford. Our 2012 CX9 was a real step forward and our 2019 CX9 Signature easily competes with BMW and Volvo. The CX90 is simply their latest and best example of a commitment to quality.
Thanks, I dont just mean this gen in terms of luxurious but since like a decade ago but it's been getting way more premium with every year. Can't wait for what they have coming next!
Very well done review. The differences were explained very precisely. Great job my friend.
Thank u :)
Excellent video. I especially like the editing that mixes external shots of the vehicles going down the road with commentary. Once all the dust has settled I think my choice is the Acura MDX due to the more engaging interior.
Very good and detailed video. Good Job comparing both !!
Thank you! 👍
See that's the thing, I went with the CX-90 GT (280hp/332lb-ft on regular fuel) where I sacrifice very little but price was only $57k CAD. Couldn't get the Pilot for that, let alone the MDX.
Mazda products are not know for reliability, i cant even name a product they hve that say’s reliability, where Acura does. The MDX is bulky, i know i own one. However, the torque vectoring makes the car feel smaller and much more nimble on curvy roads. MdX is like a family traveling road show, cant say the same for Mazda. You buy a CRV, Pilot ir MDX, you know what you are getting and even after 12 years of ownership as in the case of my 2011 MDX, you will love your car. My 2011 with torque vectoring has 300HP and 270 torque.
@@danielmelendez9943 I guess you have been living under a rock 😂 Acura is not as reliable as you think I believe Mazda has surpass Honda/Acura in reliability ratings.
@@tommy13965 my first experience was mazda cx7 GT turbo, bad engine, unreliable and problematic turbo, engine was out smoking at 55k miles. Mazda did nothing to fix the problem. I own a 2011 MDX, SH-AWD, no problems 110k, car is like new 300hp with a 3.7L engine that has pretty good torque.
@@danielmelendez9943 this is 2023 not Mazda of the past trust me sit in one and test drive it. I own both brands none of my Mazdas have any issues but my 2021 tlx aspec had to go back for a lot of electrical gremlins like puddle lights on the outside mirrors stop working after 2 months of ownership then the stereo infotainment screen went black and no sound after that it’s the brake squeal all of these issues are in the service bulletins there are a lot more. This all happened with only 4500 miles on my car which is garage kept and used for weekends only. In contrast my Mazda cx5 Mazda 3 and cx50 have no issues what so ever.
@@danielmelendez9943 you're completely wrong. Mazdas are VERY reliable. Your opinion is based on a 2-3 decades old car that had a famously problematic engine. My opinion is based on 25 years of owning several Mazdas, including a 14 year-old CX-9 with over 210k miles still running strong, fun and looking like new.
I hope the CX-70 is the badass CX-90 we need. Lighter with the same if not more power, it'll really bring the fight to the incumbents. Like the last one, awesome review! I hate that I'm this excited for a Mazda 😅
Lmaoooo yeah never would I thought I’d be this excited about Mazdas, can’t wait for the CX-70 too, imagine this motor in a much smaller and lighter car… I’m drooling
The cx70 will be the one to get. It will blow away the rdx for less and be a gv70 competitor for 10k less
@@aceofspades6667 that idea made me wet 😕
@@Sleepygarage Imagine it in a Miata
@@aceofspades6667 Been saving my cash for 1.5 years for CX-70 yet we don't even know for sure anything factual yet.. love it!🙂
MDX looks like there are parts missing from the front end. Mazda is complete and elegant.
Nice review! People often compare the CX-90 to the Pilot, Telluride, and Palisade, because the CX-90 slots in between those cars and the luxury/premium offerings like the MDX and X3. I believe that Mazda's true intention is to compete ONLY with the luxury/premium offerings and undercut them with a similar powertrain setup, and in some cases, an even better powertrain and interior setup. Luxury is never about value, it's always about the emotional factor. What Mazda is doing here is putting some value proposition back into a premium product and taking out all of the unnecessary bells and whistles. If I were in the market for an MDX type S or an X3 M40i, I'd be thinking to myself: "Do I really need all that power I'm never gonna use on the street? Alright, let me just get the CX-90 for thousands of dollars less for the same amount of niceties and power I would utilize on a daily basis."
Yeah I absolutely agree, this thing already knocks out all its ‘technical’ competitors. But for sure it’s the luxury automakers that should be worried, 7 seater SUVs 20-40k above its grade don’t even offer anything more than a nameplate at this point because this thing is actually just as quick as anything the same size with BMWs B58s. As nice as a Type S MDX is, I would look at it the same way and be like ‘do I need that extra 20hp for my commute?’ Lol
True That...
@@Sleepygarage what's your height? Just want to get an average
No average person is cross shopping any X3 with the CX90. They're looking at this for space, so they'll draw from the Telluride and base Tahoe crowd more than the luxury crowd.
Type-S all day.
Very nice review, subscribed to your channel! Good luck
Thanks for the sub!
Probably the best review of the cx-90 I’ve seen in a while!
Thank u, glad u like it :)
Excellent job on the comparison between these two well executed SUVs.
Thank u 🙏
Very informative and we'll done👏👏
Thanks!
Great review. I saw the cx90 at the Mazda dealer recently while looking at the CX50. For similar vehicle features the 90 was about $5,000 more than the 50 making me think I should consider it.
Wait for the new CX-70 if u Can if u want an in between
CX-90 all the way
If CX90 offers breach seat at top trim for 2nd row like MDX. I would be 100% getting it.
Yeah I wish it was an option
Great comparison.
Thank u :)
Well done! Quad exhausts on the MDX??
Thank you…I said the same thing. The type S is the only Acura MDX with quad NOT the A Spec. His review is riddled with falsehoods. He also did not talk about the ELS studio in the Acura which ranks at the top for its amazing sound. It’s comparable to a B/O system. As an Audiophile the stereo system is a deal breaker for me.
I still prefer the MDX
Love to see it! The beige seats inn the CX90 😍
Thank u, they’re suede too I love em
@@Sleepygaragefind your review very biased. Why on earth did you skip over the ELS studio in the Acura? That feature alone will blow Mazda out the water. I am a music producer and will tell you that the system in the Acura is on the level of a Bangs and Olfeson system. I drove both SUV…and the system in the Mazda does not even come close to the Acura. That is a huge deal for many buyers…they don’t like mediocre Audio systems. You also did not talk about the MDX being the 1# selling luxury SUV. I understand you cannot cover everything in a limited video but those are very important things to convey to your viewers….this is why I say your review was biased and looses credibility to me. You intentionally uplifted the Mazda and downplayed the Acura. Very questionable…..Also, why does your Acura have quad exhaust? Only the Type S has 4 pipes? Did you do something with your editing to make it look like an A Spec? Did you have 2 SUV s and switch them up for the video? I own an A spec and we only have dual exhaust not quad.
9:24 lol, the CX-90 looks like a shooting brake with the elongated front end. Love it. I wonder how the design will change for the US spec CX-70. It will be built on the same platform as the CX-90, and will likely be the same size, but as a two-row.
Yeah can’t wait for the CX-70
Great review, would love to see a comparison in deep snow as that’s where Acura SHAWD typically shines and that grip is important for those of us who have brutal winters.
Thanks. Would love to compare them too, I also think the SH AWD would shine here.
Great realistic comparison!
Glad you enjoyed it
@@Sleepygarage You seem to really get it with out usual Honda crowd bias and blind eye to cover the issues .
Definitely , I'm all in for Maz C90!
Thanks for the L/100 km for european one ! Very Nice comparaison
No prob :)
The number he gave is Mazdas number, most of us are getting better than posted too. I’ve had my signature for 3 weeks. He said like 25 mpg, 31-34 I’ve seen actual.
Excellent work Mazda but if its my money I would go for the MDX. Competition is good though, it keeps these manufactures on their toes lol. Great job on the review!
thank u!
Acura looks way more premium
You can change the Blind spot monitoring settings. There are 3. Late, early, or normal. Sounds like you’d prefer it set on ‘late’.
Good to know thanks
Having driven both, the MDX looks better and drives sportier than the Mazda. It’s lighter and it feels lighter. The J35 sounds better than the CX90’s inline 6, I don’t know can you think otherwise. The interior in the Mazda looks more premium, but definitely does feel like it, the Acura just feels as the more premium product. All in all, you can’t go wrong with either. I chose the MDX since reliability in the Mazda is question mark at this point.
What an accurate statement. I felt the same when I drove them. Mazda doesn’t feel premium as MDX does.
Mazda new transmission is a little bit sluggish with this new power train at low speed. There is a tech guy on UA-cam also mention the configuration on the inline 6 is overly complicated that engine maintenance could be labor expensive. Mazda makes amazing car. But cx90 may still need more time to prove itself.
Very good review but it would have been helpful to talk about the type of suspension both have, the use of aluminum in the undercarriage, all wheel drive mechanisms, and underbody soundproofing. Than one can make an objective decision based on all the components.
great pointers, thanks
mdx for me
Mazda can only dream of reliability residual value and quality compared to acura
the fact is mazda is more reliable than acura and honda
@@mbenton6 you need to research your facts Mazda has more than usual issues than honda or Acura as you see their new cars and suv 🚙 stuck on Highway
Excellent review bro. I would buy it just for the performance and gas mileage.
Thank u!
I just bought an MDX last month. I wanted to wait for the CX70 but realistically, that is about a year away. The CX90 is very nice inside but the exterior is just bulkier than the MDX which has a more sleek and sporty appearance. The inline six is appealing to many people but it is new tech for Mazda and there will be problems the first 1-2 years. Plus, dealers just did not have many in stock a month ago. So, I went with the proven V-6. My dealer also provides lifetime warranty.
I am the opposite just traded in my 2022 mdx aspec for the Mazda cx 90 signature. To me the mazda is better in almost every way. But if performance and driving feel mean nothing it’s a matter of looks. I didn’t like the chrome which I am blacking out. The mdx feels more like a car with body role when driving more just for comfort.
Your dealer cannot provide a lifetime warranty on anything, but apparently your dealer has good sales people. There are few dealers from my youth that are still in business, and I'm not that old.
@@Mike-pb7jmI just bought a MDX Advance. Comprehensive lifetime warranty. Exact same coverage as Acuras 4 yr 50k. Just pat $3800 for lifetime. It covers all on board computers, engine, drivetrain, lifetime roadside assistance and towing. That's good enough for me to buy the warranty. It does not cover fasteners, gaskets, o rings, but it does cover all major items with zero deductible. It's in writing dude so believe it, its true
@@betterthanideserve76 These warranties aren't upheld when it counts, they'll help out a few times and if the engine ever goes out of factory warranty they'll cop out. Been there done that with long term warranties. Hopefully you have better results. Keep all receipts and document well.

@Sleepygarage would you compare turbo with phev please, thanks
I will review it in September and let you know
I will mention it in the review
Definitely Mazda.Mazda's Build quality is unbeatable!
Why is there quadruple exhaust outlets on the regular non-Type S model? 15:42
modified tips is all
Mazda's true advantage here is price and power. Personally, the styling of the MDX to me is better on the exterior. Comparing the interiors, it's tough but Mazdas have always made me feel claustrophobic and this one does not appear that it's going to change that. It looks really good, but that's only part of the equation.
I like the MDX interior as it's not trying to copy Audi or Mercedes or BMW or, in the case of the Mazda, Volvo. And it's not a bland and trite layout like Lexus. So I choose the MDX interior too. Where it would be difficult to choose is against the inline 6 of the Mazda. While reviews are very positive, reviews for the Mazda6 powertrain were always very positive, but when I actually drove one, it was very disappointing. The Honda Accord's former 2.0T was easily superior to the Mazda6's, and the Mazda's brakes were downright scary.
In all, I'd choose the MDX. And I'd spend the extra money on the Type-S. It looks better. Has more interior space. And the Type-S driving dynamics would just be icing on the cake.
I traded my 2022 mdx aspec for this signature edition with white interior. The Mazda is head and shoulders better in almost every way. Power, steering, mpg, stereo, interior, wipers I could go on. The type s is 24000$ more and is .6 seconds faster than the Mazda? The Mazda handles on rails and I’m getting 31 mpg lol. So I had the mdx 2 years, I can give a better review than this guy even. The body roll on the mdx was brutal, gutless, the one thing I didn’t like was the chrome on the Mazda, black vinyl this week will fix. Can’t wait.
Acura ❤
Acura still lit
We’ve had an ‘18 MDX for a while and have absolutely loved it… I recently got a ‘23 CX-30 PP Turbo and am extremely impressed. So much so, that I am considering trading in the MDX for the new CX-90… Or, the CX-70…
that pipe on MDX is OEM or after market and how much it cost to put it on?
not sure, it was borrowed from a buddy
Mazda stepped up for real but MDX is gorgeous!
They’re both great looking for sure
I think it comes down to Money and what do you really want out of the SUV. Sporty go for MDX, more family oriented go for Mazda
@@precisionmotors sportiness if it’s not a Type S I think the Cx90 handles better in general, it feels very solid and quick on its feet for how big it is
Coming from a 22 mdx tech package I can say now owning a 24 cx90 turbo s mazda feels more like a bmw or mercedes you definitely feel in a more serious vehicle definitely more power. Now transmission wise i like how smoth the mdx is and the engagement on the gadgets and how you can costumize your driving modes plus the sport modes. and how sensitive the steering wheel feels but my wife is happy and im happy for her. in conclusion mazda gives you more for less

I’m a Mazda guy, I have driven the competition and I think the MDX is the closest competitor I have tried. Great cars! Knowing the reliability and the the quality Of both. I’m waiting for the CX70 as of now to upgrade my 2018 140K cx5. not a penny beyond normal wear and tear. (breaks tires and wipers) oh and oil changes every 7k.
Mazda CX-90 🔥🔥
CX90 is a mom car. MDX more sporty especially with the TypeS. Drove both, bought the MDX TypeS.
CX90 is probably very competitive against the standard MDX offerings. Does not compete with the MDX Type S.
Mehhhh. Nothing beats an MDX
It's not fake wood. The premium plus has real wood when combined with the Tan Nappa Leather package. Other higher trims also have a different variety of wood trim.
In essence, the CX90 is roughly Acura MDX Type S performance @ base trim MDX price(actually, a fully loaded CX90 signature trim is almost a grand cheaper in MSRP than the cheapest MDX).
Bass pro hats are low key swag lol
Lmao ty
It’s pronounced Mawzda not MAzda. Just trying to help, keep up the good content!
Just make sure the touch screen starts getting ghost touch like my 6!!! But I want one!
It's not fake wood accents, it's GENUINE MAPLE WOOD according to a competing reviewer and Mazda themselves. I have a CX5 and it has genuine wood accents. It makes zero sense that they would have real wood in the CX5 and not in the top trim CX90. I'm curious who told you it was fake?
Waiting for X5 test drive vs CX-90
This Mazda is gorgeous! The camera doesn’t do it justice. But Mazda did drop the ball in terms of space and front seat comfort. The CX-90 is supposed to be bigger than the CX-9, but I couldn’t find any additional space when I sat in it. Also, the front seats in the CX-90 should have come with thigh extenders. Finally, it’s been reported that the steering wheel is not heated all the way through. Why is that?
R you old fart that need extra heat
Oh yeah i do wish there were thigh extenders like the Germans, didn’t get to try the heated wheel in these temps.
I think it's why I'm keeping my '22 CX-9. It's been a fun car, but did have electronics issues. No issues from the mechanicals, though, which will keep me from being stranded.
@@Sleepygarage I don't know what it is about the Asian brands, but they don't offer the thigh-support extenders. Would be nice to have it.
@@twystedhumour What type of electronic issues did you have? My 2019 Signature has been bulletproof, thus far.

I have the MDX Aspec 2022 and I can tell you I can drive that big SUV feels like a small sports csr in corners if I push it to limit. It doesn’t feelbig when you drive it.. the snow mode an SH AWD is ghe beat feature it can offer imo than any SUV at it was more wider and flatter thansome so performance is more palpable during driving. I haven’t drive the new CX90 but it seems bigger and heavier feel ps ,I still like the MdX looks its more aporty and slick kine design make it more simoler and elegant than the mazda.
I just traded my 2022 mdx aspec for the cx 90 signature, Mazda better in almost every way. I can name like 7-8 easy power, gas mileage, steering, stereo, wipers, etc can go on. Driving experience is the biggest, my mdx felt gutless and made for comfort with lots of body roll. Mazda handles on rails.
@@bosmanRC Yes comfort is one biggy for me and if you push it he still have some for it for a big SUV. I still like acura it has differentbaura and appeal in the road and its luxury simple look is bettter for my taste. Mazda has more HP than regular mdx so make sense about the power but type S can fill that gap if you wanted too. SH AWD for me is way better as we have snow also here. I don’t care much of gas the important for me is the comfort and power can deliver at it sometimes power is subjective and depends who isnnehund the driver seat and how skill you are in driving, I got sports car and it has good handling and performance and was surprise for the size oplike this can deliver. End of say as He said its about taste and priority and MDX deliver that for me all the points I had wanted and I always a honda fan as we have reliable for years with them.
Acura, get rid of the touch pad. 99% of people are accustomed to using a touchscreen or in a handful of cases a rotary dial or both. Also redo the dash and console area. Make it more user friendly with a clean, uncluttered design with good storage areas. Just look at the Grand Highlander's dash and console. Big large touchscreen, plenty of storage, even a useful passenger shelf in the dash with a USB to charge your phone. Simple, clean, functional. I like the MDX overall but hate the trackpad and console/dash design.
I just got the mdx a spec and I love the pad more than having to reach for the screen, also you can pretty much do everything with the voice control
ACURA ❤❤
CX-70 Turbo S, with about 335hp, will be a seriously good vehicle, unbeatable for the money
cant wait for it!
I went with the 2023 MDX SHAWD , just as the 2024s hit the market, mainly because of the reliability history and the simplicity of construction. The Mazda if it has any engine issues will be difficult to work with. Even under warranty you’ll have longer wait times for repairs. Otherwise I would choose the CX-90 because of that inline 6 and the power vs price value. Mazda made a new, completely new truck and now I’ll wait to see where they cut corners and what kinks they have to work out. Buyer beware, just because it drives faster doesn’t mean it’s better. If I got one it would be lease for the length of the warranty. It’s why I like the Genesis GV-80 2024 over all of them but I have a G80 sedan and when it’s due I’ll buy it or lease the gv80. So in effect I’ll have 2 suvs. But they are very different.
Thanks for sharing, youre absolutely right about reliability. Hope you enjoy the MDX!
MDX.
I wish a review would be dine on the furst 2 trims. Not everone can support the top trim.

How does MAZDA COMPARE TO LINCOLN
Sup bro.
Mazda few :) RWD I6 vs FWD based Honda lol 🤣
CX90 RWD with 4cylinder 2.5T for $35k will be very popular below the snow belt. Its a Miata with 7 seats!
Cx90 35k
Really I went to mazda dealer price is 47k to 60k
That's astronomical for me for brand like mazda
35k well that will let ppl try new engine new tranny
Haha basically, I wonder if you can get it sideways lol
You keep saying the mazda is "fast" but, in reality, there are many videos out there that prove just the opposite (when put up against its peers).
Don't forget the base model for the Mazda is $8K less and use regular fuel, not premium. That another saving of $1K a year.
yes
And the winner is the CX9, yes the older outgoing CX9 looks and drives better than the CX90 and will prove to be more reliable
I hate turbo's. Step on the gas and wait. Hate it, especially for practical city driving. I need immediate engagement, not wait a second or two to avoid something.
Acura all the way ❤
No no… please say “Mazzzda” 100 more times please. 😂
The problem with the Mazda is long-term use. Who do you trust: Acura using a tried and true formula or a Mazda designed by BMW that is in its first year of production?
I’m a bit confused…
5:21 “…even with that rear-wheel bias all-wheel drive system in the Mazda, I like this one [the MDX] more.”
5:54 “…this is good [the MDX], but the Mazda is still the better handling car.”
MDX Type S only advantage over CX90 is acceleration. 0.5 faster. Handling goes to CX90.
Haha barely anymore power for so much more $$$
I have X5/6, Cayenne, CX-90 drives very close to those Germans but MDX is not. And Type S is CAD$24K more than top trim CX, nope, I'll take X5 for that money.
Have u seen real-world races between the two? The gap is leagues beyond 0.5 (which I assume is manufacturer provided numbers you are quoting).

Sorry Acura.... you gotta have a TYPE S... but still then.... the CX90 is intriguing! hopefully the next gen MDX is a better improvement....
I went and looked at the CX-90 over the weekend (didn't drive it) because our 22 Highlander Platinum is just meh. The thing that stood out to me about the CX-90 is that despite being larger than the Highlander, it felt smaller inside, which was a disappointment. Also, hating the infotainment on our Highlander, it didn't seem like the Mazda's was much better. Definitely a beautiful car, something I would still want to strongly consider.
yeah the Mazda interiors cuz everything is so thick inside like the German cars makes it feel smaller inside for sure
Acura's red interiors look like a kid designed them.
And I'm here for it.
People that do reviews don’t talk about things that matter. Very few people care about acceleration on a 3 row SUV. MPG, maybe a little bit. The amount of space inside the Mazda is laughable and I went to buy one. It’s extremely narrow and lacks tons of useable space. The MDX is more usable to me than even a Tahoe. The MDX stereo is a step up as well. I like both vehicles, I own a 23 MDX but the lack of space, predominantly width in the Mazda makes it useless as a SUV for me at least. I’m a golfer and have said it before, there is zero chance you can fit a set of golf clubs in the back of the Mazda with the 3rd row up and even if it was down it would be awkward.
What are you talking about. Buyers remorse. You bought the wrong car... get over. You paid too much. You should have waited
@@mbenton6 totally happy with my purchase. You can’t fit golf clubs in a Mazda which is a deal breaker for me. Plus the MDX was actually cheaper with a $5k+ discount and lower rates for finance. I hope your mom fixes you a good breakfast this morning. I just fixed my kids breakfast, and they are enjoying it. Have a great day.
@@masse1369 it's a new car. The space on the inside is much larger on the Cx90. Did a test drive on both cars as my kids are teenagers now and so I ended up getting the cx90. It's faster, has more luxury touches, quieter and ventilated rear seats. It was a no-brainer. More power and more efficient atthe pump. Should be coming in August. Good luck
@@mbenton6 I liked the vehicle. It’s much less usable for me. The turbo will also require premium fuel which the MDX does not, which is another expense. I’m going to look at the 70 when it’s released for my girlfriend since we don’t need anything with the extra space. Hopefully it will be quick and at a lower price point. And for reference the Mazda has 74 cu Ft of cargo space and the Acura has 95 cu Ft. It’s not even close.
@@masse1369 car does not require premium fuel, it on requires premium fuel for the entire 340 HP, with regular fuel your horse is limited to 319
So your just here to tell us that you prefer the Mazda your and mdx
MZda cx 90 is hype
New engine new tranny
No way
After 4 years when tons of ppl drive over 100k miles
When results and real tume reviews in
I will think about cx 90
Right now if between two always mdx
Though i can agree with your perspective.. i will say last time mazda released an engine people had the same doubts but now its one of the most reliable engines in modern mainstream cars. It wont be as good as an N/A because of turbos but it will still be darn good reliability wise and for a lot less money to get a fully loaded id go Mazda but to each their own and I understand your view
@@trevormartin9717 it's not less 💵 money at all
Y will I put my 43k to 56k plus in new engine new tranny
When established hybrid brands already their from decades.
