Panicing and playing nervous is the main reason why I loose in games. When I make a mistake I start panicing and I'm afraid to try the same shot again so I begin only to push and block and the opponent starts destroying me with powerfull shots which makes me being angry at myself and I start making too much unfrosed errors. And my other problem is having the wrong mindset. Often when I play I start thinking about the win. On the last tournament I went to the semi finals and I was already thinking how I'm going to play in the final and the opponent destroyed me. I really liked the advices you gave and I will try to implement them the next time I play.
E có xem một video của a từ lâu rồi nói về bị "ngộp" trong bóng bàn mà ko tìm thấy nữa? Video có nói đến Lingao yuan hay bị lội ngược dòng? Tên video ấy tên là gì ạ? Cảm ơn a!
Try Evolution ELP. Super stable, flat Topspin curve. Play it on any blade. Ofcourse tenergy is nice but yet still more expensive. Evolution series is often compared to tenergy though.. give it a shot, you will love it
@@mundakrobat I agree on the durability, it's above average. EL-P is pretty soft to be honest, so FX-(P/S) or MX-(P/S) might be better especially on forehand
@@blueheart9873 isn't FXP even softer? I played MXP and I liked it a lot - for 1 or 2 months. then the rubber had a massive degrade in quality. this Is why I stick to ELP as the shots are the same even after 2 years (ok - the perfect grip is lost). well in upper leagues you might wanna exchange the rubber more frequent of course. for me: I prefer to have stable and consistent shots with a very slow degrade of rubber quality over short-term greatness. but I get your point blue heart. I haven't played the FX series but I thought they would be kinda soft. my level is probably above average (Germany) yet not professional. so I don't want to spend loads of money due to frequent rubber changes.
well and it kinda depends on style of play. if you are the kind of: I wanna finish the point at higher risk but quick - then even harder sponges are required. I liked that play a lot, but you need to have good/quick footwork indeed. I can really recommend MXP (or similar sponge hardness rubbers) for that purpose. but you will have to swap the rubber more often.

I am using a xiom stradivarius with a vega asia on the right that is already very worn, I want to try a different rubber, which one do you recommend?

Also it is quite durable
